Das Verhalten der Methylencyclohexadiene (I), (III) und (V) bzw. ihrer durch Protonierung entstehenden Carboniumionen (II), (IV) und (VI) in [D]Tri‐ Fluoressigsäure und [D2]Schwefelsäure wird H‐NMR‐ und massenspektrometrisch untersucht.
Relative Mobility of the Nitro Group in meta-Substituted Nitrobenzenes under the Action of 4-Bromophenol in the Presence of Potassium Carbonate.-The relative mobility of the nitro group in meta-substituted nitrobenzenes (I) and (IIIa)-(IIIc) is studied in the single and competitive substitution by p-bromophenol (II). Nucleophilic attack of the phenolate ion affords an ipso-σ-complex which under cleavage of the nitro group gives phenoxybenzenes (III) and (V). A direct correlation between the relative nitro group mobility (rate of substitution) and the σ-constants of meta-substituents is observed. -(TABATSKAYA, A. A.; VYALKOV, A. I.; MOROZOV, S. scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
