The value of the user's perception of discomfort is greater than 3, with a score of 30%, and less than 3, with a score of 70%, indicating that they disagree with the user's perception of discomfort when using the co-19 reporting system application. Meanwhile, a perceived insecurity score greater than 3 is 0%, and a score less than 3 is 100%, indicating that it disagrees with the user's perception of insecurity when using the covid-19 reporting system application.
Conclusion: The application for the COVID-19 reporting system is satisfactory, and users are eager to begin using it. Continuous socialization of the use of reporting systems is required in referral hospitals.
