Working Assessment is very essential aspect for a college to keep its excellent quality to face tight competition in either national or international level. The working assessment can be implemented to compare the result with organization strategy, and can also help to plan the upcoming strategy to achieve the final target of organization. The combination of Balanced Scorecard and OMAX is aimed at building the information system of working assessment in a college. Balanced Scorecard in the college is used to determine the strategic purposes, KPI and target, optimistic and pessimistic value. The scoring of each KPI uses AHP method; the scoring of KPI influences on general working score. The scoring of working assessment uses Objective Matrix (OMAX) method to know the total result indicator stated by the college, and can find out the total result indicator of each working criterion. The combination of BSC and OMAX can avoid the use of overwhelming data because this model focused on four perspectives, with the important key indicator of a college. Besides, the four perspectives can avoid the orientation of short-term target, because OMAX developed the more obvious frame of time that also focused on the long-term target. This combination was a good integration that can afford to modify hybrid model in determining the score card of a college. BSC changed into the form of OMAX that presented a target in the long period. This combination is also a good integration that can afford to modify a hybrid model in determining the scorecard of the college. BSC changes into the form of OMAX that presents the long-term target.
The need for fish catch by a company or fisherman in Rembang Regency affects market process and also welfare. The catch made by the fishermen is not on target, due to the weather and type of fishing gear. An accurate method is needed in making predictions and a correlation between catch and weather so that fisherman can get maximum predictions results, so that price adjustment can be made. The research was conducted using an experimental method, to determine the accuracy of the effect of the Conjugate Gradient on the Back Propagation Neural Network in obtaining the best value. Based on the results of the Cycle training test with the Conjugate Gradient Backpropagation Neural Network method, the smallest average value is obtained at the 400th Epoch compared to the Epoch Gradient Descent With Momentum method at Epoch 800.Thus it is proven that using the Conjugate Gradient Backpropagation Neural Network method is better with an average value of- MSE average 0.2223 in three stages of testing Training Cycle, Learning Rate and Hidden Layer.
Background There is a role for the immune system in improving the outcome of peritonitis cases in children. Transfer factors are one immunomodulatory treatment that can increase the activity of natural killer (NK) cells to produce interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), which is thought to increase the phagocytic activity of macrophages. This study analyzed the effects of transfer factors on the phagocytic activity of macrophages in the intraperitoneal fluid of a Wistar rat model of peritonitis. Methods This experimental study had a post-test-only control group design and was carried out at the Laboratory of Pharmacology and Microbiology of Padjadjaran University, Bandung, Indonesia. It analyzed the effect of transfer factors on the phagocytic activity of macrophages in the intraperitoneal fluid of Wistar rats experiencing peritonitis after being injected with Escherichia coli . An unpaired comparative t -test was performed using the SPSS program to analyze the difference between transfer factor administration and macrophage phagocytic activity levels. Results There was a statistically significant difference between the phagocytosis index values of macrophages in samples treated with transfer factors and those that were untreated (p = 0.005). Conclusions Transfer factors increased the phagocytic activity of macrophages in a Wistar rat model of peritonitis. This suggests that transfer factors could have a role as an immunomodulatory treatment for peritonitis.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
