The research is caused, firstly, by the need to specify the definition of financial and credit institutions as subjects of the banking sector of Kazakhstan, analyze and evaluate existing approaches to managing their stability in the strategic aspect and identify factors (possible threats and dangers) that lead to loss of financial stability, and, secondly, by the need to develop a mechanism for managing the financial profitability of financial and credit institutions, ensuring their stable position both in the short and long term. To improve the quality of financial management and ensure the profitability of financial and credit institutions, it is necessary to justify and develop a strategy for managing their financial stability. Taking into account the problems discussed above, the relevance of issues related to improving the stability mechanism of financial and credit institutions has significantly increased, as has the need to find a new methodological apparatus aimed at adapting and studying foreign experience and its practical implementation in the domestic banking system.
The use of stem cells in complex therapy of inflammatory bowel diseases has became perspective therapeutic strategy. Mesenchymal stem cells, which have immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory properties and high regenerative potential, are used for therapy of inflammatory bowel disease, what is making them attractive to clinical application. According to the results of the conducted studies, mesenchymal stem cells improve clinical and microscopic manifestations of colitis, reduce system and local production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, suppress inflammatory process, stimulating tissue regeneration at the same time, promote the increase in the duration of remission of a disease, reduce the risk of the relapse of ulcerative colitis. Preliminary results of clinical and experimental studies carried out in the world justify the relevance, prospects and sufficient safety of the transplantation method of allogenic mesenchymal stromal cells of bone marrow for treatment of patients with the ulcerative colitis.
The article analyzes the experience of applying various stem cell pools in the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the colon. Basic and clinical studies on properties of mesenchymal stem cells and clinical effects of various technologies for their use conducted held in recent years allows to consider the mesenchymal stem cells transplantation as a new and promising direction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Key words: Inflammatory bowel disease, mesenchymal stem cell, transplantation, regenerative medicine. To achieve the goals of sustainable development and the transition to the “green” economy requires not only substantial financial resources but also the transformation of traditional financing. In order to finance projects and productions aimed at improving the environmental and social components of human life, innovative financing instruments such as “green” loans are required. Today, in the context of the world’s global desire for sustainable development, the development of a “green” economy and “green” financing instruments is relevant. The market of “green” loans is relatively new both for the global financial market in general and for the domestic market in particular. In this regard, the issue of studying the available green loans on the domestic and global market is relevant. This paper presents a study of an environmental project loan, encompassing an analysis of existing research on the chosen topic, an examination of the regulatory principles of “green” lending. The authors proposed a classification of the types of “green” loans, as well as identified their advantages and disadvantages.
