As the industrial players began starting to face the reality of the fourth industrial revolution, telecommunication industry is one of those significant business sectors required to adapt and remain to survive in such challenging situations, especially by the threats of their competitors. Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays an essential role in today’s telecommunication industry. It can make predictions about decisions, examine big data points to offer solutions, and interact with customers in real-time. Many telco firms and organizations use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to achieve effectiveness in a company’s productivity and efficiency in the operational activities. This assessment revealed that an AI-driven CRM system could give a better solution for the telecommunication industry to manage relationships with externals, boost marketing and sales programs, prospect consumer data information, and record operational cases, all in one centralized location.
The purpose of writing this paper is to look at how factors of big data adoption affect the users of social media and brand popularity. The method used in the writing of this paper is by using path analysis and also by doing literature study to find reference material. The results of the analysis indicate that there is influence of big data adoption factors that affect the popularity of the brand. With this research, we get big data model that influence the brand popularity.
Environmentally friendly Information Technology is a sustainable approach to information technology and information systems with practical methodologies in designing and implementing environmentally friendly information technology implementation strategies in various business and government organizations as well as strategic tools in building the contribution of these technologies in supporting all aspects of business activities in the organization and contributing environment so that it becomes more effective and efficient and builds competitive advantage. This includes effectively measuring sustainability, regarding the sustainable use and design of hardware and software, to promote efficiency and effectiveness in building a sustainable framework for the sustainability of information technology infrastructure. This study aims to build a model of Green information technology readiness. The research design is included in exploratory research, with a sample of 108 respondents and the sampling was done by non-probability convenience sampling. This research was conducted in Jakarta. The results showed that there are important factors that can be modeled mathematically through factor analysis which identifies the representation of Safe and comfortable, Smart public service, Excellent information, and Easy health care factors as the main factors in developing an elderly-friendly city model from the respondent's point of view.
