n/a INTRODUCTION: Post-intubation tracheal rupture is a rare complication of endotracheal intubation. Risk factors include female sex, chronic steroid use, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and mechanical factors such as cuff overinflation and multiple attempts. We present a case of post-intubation tracheal rupture in the setting of COVID-19 pneumonia and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
