Asymmetric Synthesis of β-N-Substituted α,β-Diamino Acids via a Chiral Ni(II) Complex with a Dehydroalanine Derivative.-The reaction of primary and secondary amines (II) with the chiral complex (I) proceeds as Michael addition of the amine to the methylene unit to furnish diastereoselectively the complexes (III), which release the title amino acids (IV) in high optical purity. The chiral complex (I) is recovered and can be reused. -(SAGIYAN, A. S.; AVETISYAN, A. E.; DZHAMGARYAN, S. M.; DZHILAVYAN, L. R.; GYULUMYAN, E. A.; GRIGORYAN, S. K.; KUZ'MINA, N. A.; ORLOVA, S.
