Examinations of 6-11-year healthy children living in industrial cities of the Orenburg region revealed a close relationship between ecological status of the territory and some immunity parameters such as immune deficiency, interferon content, and formation of postvaccinal immunity with live measles vaccine. The most pronounced changes in the immune status and decreased postvaccinal immunity were found in a city with the greatest anthropogenic load. Changes in interferon status were similar in all cities: a 2-fold increase of serum interferon and suppressed production of interferon-alpha and interferon-gamma.

Аннотация. Цель исследования-оценить показатели клеточного иммунитета у больных с гнойными ранами на фоне сахарного диабета при различных способах местного лечения. Клинические исследования охватывали 58 больных с гнойными ранами нижних конечностей на фоне сахарного диабета второго типа. У 29 больных с гнойными ранами на фоне сахарного диабета (основная группа) применяли местно милиацил и КВЧ-терапию. Контролем служили 29 аналогичных больных, у которых местное лечение гнойных ран включало использование только милиацила. Иммунный статус у больных определялся при поступлении в стационар, на 7-й день и по окончании лечения. Клинические данные о наиболее позитивном воздействии на заживление гнойных ран у больных сахарным диабетом местного сочетанного использования милиацила и КВЧтерапии подтверждены иммунологическими исследованиями. Было показано, что течение раневого процесса у больных с сахарным диабетом зависит от состояния иммунной системы. Ранняя иммунодиагностика позволяет прогнозировать течение раневого процесса. Наиболее благоприятное влияние на иммунологические показатели доказано при комплексном лечении гнойных ран у больных сахарным диабетом, включающим применение милиацила и КВЧ ̶ терапии. The aim of the study was to evaluate the indices of cellular immunity in patients with purulent wounds on the background of diabetes mellitus with various methods of local treatment. Clinical studies included 58 patients with purulent wounds of the lower extremities on the background of type 2 diabetes mellitus. In 29 patients with purulent wounds on the background of diabetes mellitus (the main group), local Miliacile and EHF-therapy were used. 29 patients with similar purulent wounds (the control group) were treated using only Miliacile locally. The immune status in patients was determined at admission to the hospital, on the 7th day and at the end of treatment. Clinical data on the most positive effect of the local combined use of Miliacileannd EHF-therapy on the healing of purulent wounds in patients with diabetes mellitus have been confirmed by immunological studies. It has been shown that the course of the wound process in patients with diabetes mellitus depends on the state of the immune system. Early immunodiagnostics makes it possible to predict the course of the wound process. The most favorable effect on immunological indices has been proved by the complex treatment of purulent wounds in patients with diabetes mellitus, including the use of Miliacile and EHF-therapy.
