Тhe article considers the role and importance of labor resources in the socio-economic development of the agri-food market. Agricultural production at the regional level, its effectiveness, largely depends on the implemented programs of state support for agriculture. The article considers the phases of reproduction of labor resources, factors that influence the formation and development of human resources, in particular, demographic factors, traditions and mentality of a particular region.
Agriculture plays a crucial role in the economy of any country. In this regard, the issue of state support for this industry is not in doubt. The experience and practice of the leading countries in the production and export of agricultural products has proved that this industry needs state regulation and support more than any other. This article discusses the most effective mechanisms and tools of state support used in countries with a high level of organization and management of agriculture. The article also considers the domestic practice of state regulation and support of the agri-food market and the possibility of applying foreign experience to Russian conditions.
This article is a study of the issues of innovative development of the agricultural sector of the Russian Federation. Reviewed and analyzed the causes of low innovation activity of domestic enterprises, to analyze foreign institutional approach for establishing innovation systems in the agricultural sector and the possibilities of its application in domestic practice. Elements of the institutional structure of the agricultural economy are classified, and measures for its development as a key element of the innovative type of agricultural economy are defined.
