This study actualizes the need for a fundamentally new museum space for the conditions of modern society thanks to multimedia technologies. In connection with the emergence of digital opportunities that allow not only to popularize museums, but also to create new enlightening and educational spaces, it has become necessary to transform the museum environment as a whole. The issue of the introduction of multimedia technologies in museums, and, subsequently, the formation of a new space-planning structure, is currently relevant, as it reflects the changing requirements put forward by modern society, which in turn is confirmed by a significant number of new implemented objects equipped with digital technologies. On the example of the world experience in designing and building modern museums, the distinctive features that meet modern requirements are highlighted: the multifunctionality of the object with an emphasis on the entertainment function, the use of interactive multimedia technologies, the introduction of open indoor and outdoor spaces for recreation and communication, as well as taking into account the requirements of people with limited mobility and the introduction energy efficient devices. Approaches are generalized and types of premises are specified by groups. The principles of designing modern museums to enhance the significance are formulated: the principle of society, the principle of significance, the principle of composition, the principle of efficiency. Also, an experimental project of the museum in Samara was developed, which confirmed the relevance and prospects for the introduction of multimedia technologies in museums.
The article focuses on the study of modern approaches in the typology of nursing homes. Global data on the increase in the share of older people in the total population are presented. In addition, Rosstat data confirm the relevance of studying this topic. Examples of foreign experience in designing and building homes for the elderly show the developed functional composition of the premises, along with the function of accommodation and care - health care, leisure, trade, sports, food and multifunctional spaces to ensure social interaction of different groups of the population. The research reveals a method of "functional improvement" aimed at developing optimal functional interactions between public and residential spaces. A concept project for a "dynamic" scheme has been developed, showing the inclusion of residential blocks in a multifunctional complex. The chosen functional organization allows the creation of private spaces for residents of retirement age and walking areas for visitors to the complex. It is determined that in Russia it is necessary to implement modern approaches adapted to Russian conditions, based on foreign experience. This will enhance the consumer quality of the facility and the comfort level of the elderly, which will undoubtedly provide social interaction through the introduction of educational and leisure functions, as well as improve the ecological and aesthetic qualities of the environment.
АннотацияПерспективным современным направлением является производство специализированных сырных продуктов, в технологии которых используется процесс биомодификации белковой массы комплексным синбиотиком. Биомодификация позволяет повысить пищевую и биологическую ценность сырья, готового продукта и улучшить их качественные показатели. В качестве активатора биомодификации белка животного происхождения (молочного белка) используется при определенных технологических параметрах комплесный синбиотик -источник витаминов, минеральных веществ, пищевых волокон и других биологически-активных веществ, содержащихся в фитоэкстрактах, полученных из растительного сырья, и пробиотических культур микроорганизмов. Было проведено исследование процесса биомодификации белковой молочной массы при внесении биодобавки, а также предложены рациональные режимы биомодификации сыра. As an activator biomode classification of animal protein (milk protein) is used in certain technological parameters kompletny a synbiotic -a source of vitamins, mineral substances, dietary fibers and other biologically active substances contained in FitEx-tracts obtained from vegetable raw materials, and probiotic cultures of microorganisms. The study of the process of modification of the protein milk mass in the application of bio-additives, as well as the proposed rational modes of biomodification of cheese.
