Inconsistencies in the ab sorption cross section of ozone have b een ob served. Hence, for accurate measurement, we have reported the comb ined effects of varying optical path -length and temperature on the ozone gas ab sorption cross section (OACS) at 334.15nm. Adopting optical ab sorption spectroscopy, results of the (OACS) have b een simulated using spectralcalc simulator with HITRAN 12 has the latest line list. OACS increased b y 52.27% as the temperature increased from 100K to 350K while it was slightly affected b y a 0.007% decrease varying the path-length from 0.75cm -130cm.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
