This research aimed to analyze the impact of cleanliness, health, safety, and environmental sustainability (CHSE) on consumer satisfaction at the Zoom Hotel Mulawarman Samarinda. The research method was quantitative research. The research population was visitors who came and stayed at least once and were 20 years old and over. The research samples were 40 respondents and utilized the Non-Probability Sampling method. Furthermore, the data collection technique used an accidental sampling technique.The data was obtained using a questionnaire filled out by consumers and processed using the SPSS version 22 application. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression. This research results presented the first hypothesis that whether there was an influence between the cleanliness, health, safety, and environmental sustainability on consumer satisfaction variable either simultaneously or partially was accepted. It was indicated using the t-count for cleanliness value of 3.720, the t-count for health value of 2.071, the t-count for safety value 2.224, and the t-count for environmental sustainability value of 3.274. The second hypothesis that the cleanliness variable had the most dominant influence on consumer satisfaction during the stay was accepted. It was indicated by the cleanliness value variable of 3.720. The cleanliness variable was a variable that had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction during their stay at the Zoom Hotel Mulawarman Samarinda.
The purpose of this study was to determine the tourist attraction in Waduk Panji Sukarame. Tenggarong City has one of the mainstay tourist destinations in East Kalimantan, one of which is the Waduk Panji Sukarame as a tourist attraction, as a tourist attraction and object, it is necessary to hold a good management process so that visitors become interested in coming to the place. This study finds out what tourist attractions are in the Waduk Panji Sukarame Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative research method. The data collected is through direct observation and interviews with the managers of the Waduk Panji Sukarame. Waduk Panji Sukarame has natural attractions. It has an orchid garden and has artificial gazebo tours, colourful bridges, unique toilets, flying fox, duck bikes, viewing towers, playgrounds. The Waduk Panji Sukarame has a tourist attraction and is worthy as a tourist attraction.
Grand Sawit Hotel Is a hotel with sharia management located in Samarinda, with various facilities that meet the classification and qualifications (DSN-MUI). One of the adequate facilities for guest satisfaction is a restaurant, which provides food and drinks that guest need. The author's research aimed to find halal certification on the joy of guests who visited the Grand Sawit Hotel Restaurant Samarinda. The methodology used by the author in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, t-test or known as partial test and f test or known as a simultaneous test. The F test proves that hygiene of sanitation simultaneously has a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, and on the t-test or partially the halal product variable has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, the sanitation hygiene variable has a value of 0.001 <0.05. Partially and simultaneously, there is a significant and positive influence on guest satisfaction. The R Square value of 0.209 explains that the independent variable can influence the dependent variable by 20.9%. The last conclusion was that 79.1% were defined by various other variables outside of the research carried out.
Rural tourism is an economic-driven activity that combines local community creativity, culture, and natural attractions and supported by appropriate facilities and accommodation for tourists. Kutai Kartanegara Regency might posses a combination of all these potentials due to itsstrategic location prior to the relocation of Indonesia's New Capital City. However, information and feasibility of rural tourism development within Kutai Kartanegara is still unknown. This study aims to identify the potential of rural tourism including through classification of the level of tourism development in Kutai Kartanegara area. This research utilises a mixed-methods approach involving primary data and secondary data. The data was collected through literature review, questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Descriptive analysis was adopted for classifying cases and score values analysis. The stage status of tourism village development in Kutai Kartanegara was included in the development, pioneering, and advanced categories. This study indicated that accessibility and community readiness, and local attractions become a major contributors for providing support and implementing rural tourism development, with the score value of 3.05 respectively. The aspects of local institution and the amenities indicated a low score of less than 3.0. BUMDes (Village-owned Enterprises) and Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis) are curently not being optimised to providing support for the sustainability of rural tourism. Furthermore, lack of promotion and support from associations and the Government contributed to the lower level of tourism development.
