The paper considers the design and characteristics of trigger scintillation counters based on silicon photomultipliers and fast scintillators. The experience of designing such devices is described and the results of research on development indicators are presented.

In the present article discusses the design and characteristics of a multi-gap resistive plate chamber (MRPC) with a 15 cm strips and analogue readout. The results of studies of the characteristics of the developed structure of MRPK using cosmic rays are presented.
