The objectives of this study were: (1) to develop Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Based Electrical Machine Trainer Kit; and (2) to examine the performance of the developed trainer kit to be applied in the Electrical Engineering Practicesin the Department of Electrical Engineering Education at Faculty of Engineering, UniversitasNegeri Yogyakarta. The method used in this study was research and development by referring to the ADDIE model from Branch. The results of the study showed: (1) the size of the developed PLC-based Electrical Machine trainer kit for the bottom side and the back side were 44.1 cm x 100 cm and 92.7 cm x 100 cm respectively. It had a front tilt angle of 80°, a panel board made of acrylic, a body made of aluminum plate, and an installed PLC with the brand name of Zelio SR2.201FU; and (2) the PLC-based Electrical Machine trainer kit shows satisfactory performance, indicated by all of job descriptions can function properly as planned.
New and renewable energy is one of the hot issues discussed by various energy experts in many countries. As a country that has enormous renewable energy potential, Indonesia has not utilized it optimally. One of the reasons is the inadequate learning of new and renewable energy in schools and colleges. This article will discuss the design and implementation of a Trainer Kit for Hybrid On-Grid Solar Power Generation System (TK-HOGS). With this Trainer Kit, it is hoped that vocational education students will increase their competence in new and renewable energy. This study uses a research and development approach that adopts the ADDIE model. The development stages include Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results showed: (1) The TK-HOGS can produce an average power of 22.74 Watt with an estimated electrical energy of 136 WH and (2) Media experts and electric power engineers stated that this TK-HOGS is “Very Good” and very suitable to be used to help lecturers in carrying out learning.
Renewable energy is alternative energy for the future. One renewable energy that is easy to develop is solar power generation. In this study, we will discuss the effect of the tilt angle on the solar panel and the value of the intensity of sunlight on the resulting output voltage. The data collection process was carried out at the Mechanical and Electrical Power System Laboratory, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. The data collection stage was carried out at an angle of 0°, 30°, and 60°. The results showed that the smaller the value of the intensity of sunlight, the smaller the output voltage produced. The tilt angle of the solar panel at 30° has a maximum output voltage more significant than the angle of 60° and 0°.
This research aimed to make, test, and analyse the performance of 600 W on-grid solar power plant system based on maximum power point tracking (MPPT). This research used a developmental research method with the ADDIE model that was developed by Robert Maribe Branch. The results obtained data that the average power that was produced and distributed to the PLN grid reached 22.5 W with 95.67% efficiency from the grid-tie inverter usage.
This study discusses the trend about green human resource management (GHRM) conducted by researchers in international scope. This study aims to understand: (a) the distribution and research links about GHRM in the last 5 years; (b) the level of productivity of GHRM researchers; and (c) the distribution map and international publication of GHRM research according to the keywords. The data collection is done by conducting a data search through Scopus using the keywords of ‘strategic human resource management with the category, article title, abstracts, and keywords during the last five years (2016-2021). The data choice is only based on the articles that have been published and focused on the field of business, management, and accounting. The data is then exported into CSV (comma-separated values) format. The trend of the development of international publications in the GHRM field is analyzed using VosViewer software. The research results show that the development of the instrumentation field in 2016-2021 indexed by Scopus has the highest occurrence in 2020, which reached 78 publications (29.66%). The international publication of the GHRM field is mostly published by the Journal of Cleaner Production, while the most productive author in GHRM is Charbel Jose, Chiapetta Jabbour.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
