Some economic aspects of heat energy consumption in conjunction with the feasibility assessment of applying the logistics approach to the buildings’ heat supply are considered in the article. The regression model for calculation of the expected energy consumption is offered. The model allows to consider the influence of various factors and to increase the objectivity and reliability of the apartment houses data for evaluating the heat consumption effectiveness. The inhabited residential district “Baltic Pearl” located in Kwasniewski district of St. Petersburg was chosen as the research subject. According to the authors, management of apartment houses heat consumption with the use of the regression analysis will allow to increase the accuracy of through scheduling and will provide control over effectiveness and reliability of the consumers’ heat supply processes. That in turn will promote the logistic coordination of the material, information and financial flows as well as the optimization of the thermal energy movement parameters, taking into account ensuring environmental and economic security of Russian regions.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
