This article discusses issues aimed at determining the perception of modern urbanization. On the one hand, technological progress more and more enhances the environmental impact, thereby creating the prerequisites for the emergence of various environmental crises. On the other hand, it expands the possibilities of eliminating problems in this area. Therefore, there is a relationship between environmental impact, the level of economic development, and the level of development of civil society. Responsible attitude to the environment - an indicator of the high development of civilization - these are the aspects of the ecological development of megacities that urbanism deals with. Particular attention is paid to the need for an environmentally friendly modernization of modern urban spaces. The problem of reducing landscaped and forested areas in connection with the rapid increase in urban areas is considered. In order to clarify the latest urban development trends, innovative technologies and approaches to construction, as well as to the ecological organization of the urban environment, are considered.
The interest of engineers in computer technology as a means of facilitating their professional tasks, appeared in the last century. In this regard, by the early 60-ies of the twentieth century, a sufficient mathematical basis for writing specialized engineering programs was formed. In the following years, the active development of various software designed for two-dimensional and three-dimensional modeling began, and in the 80 - ies the first buildings appeared, the design of which was carried out with their use. Engineering systems are a set of technical solutions that ensure the normal functioning of consumers. Modern buildings, regardless of the purpose, are densely filled with engineering networks, as they are necessary for a comfortable stay of people in the room. The abbreviation “ BIM “-Building Information Modeling translates as “ building information modeling” Building information modeling is an approach to object life cycle management, which involves automated collection and complex processing in the design process of all architectural, design, technological, economic and other information about the building with all its relationships and dependencies, when the building and everything related to it are considered as a single object.
The relevance of this work is associated with the creation of methodological foundations for the formation of effective organizational forms and ways to improve the quality of road maintenance, the development of conditions that prevent different types of environmental pollution, compliance with environmental protection and environmental safety throughout the length of road transport routes. The study solves the following tasks: analysis of the development of systems and complexes that prevent environmental pollution, the development of road service facilities with the infrastructure for the environmental mode of transport, substantiation of the organizational form and scheme of interaction between the state and private business in the Russian Federation for the implementation of road service facilities, comparison of Russian and international experience in the development of these facilities. The organizational form of construction of road service facilities using the public-private partnership (PPP) mechanism in the Russian Federation is a priority from an economic point of view and effective for the development of facilities that contribute to the improvement and compliance with environmental safety requirements. The most effective type of construction in this industry is modular construction. Combining PPP and modular type of construction is the most priority method of cooperation for private entrepreneurs. The minimum construction time and the availability of the roadside service will accordingly improve the conditions for movement of road users and, thus, the ecological state.
