In the article the models of management of the project team are considered, they are most difficult to formalize in the fields of knowledge in project management. The study presents economic and mathematical models for managing the project team for threshold collective behavior, for example, the crew of a sea vessel. When implementing specific projects, the experience of leadership and management of a small team often remains at the level of intuition, which leads to the individualization of knowledge and prevents the effective use of the management potential of the team. In the science of management, there are methods of managing personnel, are considered separately, without taking into account the mutual influence of psychological processes, does not allow to form a single, multifactor management concept for a small team in the project. And even more so in the development of project team management, the impact of project implementation conditions on the choice of management methods for the project team is rather poorly taken into account, requires the leader of the psychologist’s experience or significantly reduces the manageability of the project team. This method, unlike the existing ones, includes the team competence radial diagram analysis based on the «balance wheel» principle of a professional team coherence. Input data are professional testing and expert evaluation results (with the involvement of specialists and experts of appropriate qualification). Building and analysis of competence wheel diagrams allow to visualize the compatibility of professional knowledge and skills of all team members together to identify team and personal lack of knowledge and risks of project implementation. As a result, the decision-making person obtains knowledge deviation values, that can help him to make decisions for competence risks elimination. The complexity and multifactoriness of the choice of management methods for the project team, and sometimes the need for managers in direct recommendations for the management of the project team. The practical value of the obtained results lies in the enrichment of the methodology of the researched problems, which is useful for scientists, the possibility to use in business design of crewing companies.
To enhance the efficiency of management of enterprises in the agricultural sector, it is necessary to improve logistic processes of delivery of livestock and crop production in the implementation of international road transportation. Delivery of cargo "just in time" is very important, so transportation time planning is relevant and allows reducing costs. The process of planning the delivery of perishable goods was described. The spread of the required time is presented for transportation with a varied degree of stochasticity. It was found that the specifics of customs clearance affect the availability of a certain minimum time required for such a procedure. The time of customs clearance of cargo and delay time affect the deadline for cargo registration in international road transportation. The widest spread of time is observed by the procedure of customs clearance of cargoes that takes from 12 to 25 hours, and the probability of customs clearance is only 0.435. Accordingly, this affects a decrease in indicators of "just in time" delivery. The functional dependence of the probability of transit time not exceeding the planned time was compared, depending on the data of the specified route. Based on probabilistic analysis, the possibility of unplanned deviations from the estimated terms of each stage was taken into account and the optimal set of time intervals, which allow obtaining the optimal probability of "just in time" delivery, was proposed. The total cargo delivery time does not change. The recommendations on formulating the requirements for road transport enterprises were given. Namely, to strengthen the requirements for the time of cargo transit. These requirements include the average speed of motion, the choice of appropriate transport, planning the route in terms of the speed mode of highways, etc.
There is a certain dissonance between the rate of increase in demand, for an expanded range of perfumery and cosmetic goods, and the slow development of regulatory and legal regulation of their production and safety. During the research, it was established that the inertia of state bodies regarding the approval of laws has a significant impact on the economic development of industry enterprises. Problems in methods for determining substances have been identified; ambiguity of the legislative framework regarding the legal liability of producers for falsification, use of non-regulated components, labeling requirements. To solve the problem, a critical analysis of the regulatory impact of the regulatory framework, in time, on the economic condition and competitiveness of industry products was carried out. The legislative requirements put forward in Ukraine, EU countries, Canada, America, China on control of production and testing of cosmetics on animals have been analyzed. As a result of the research, four stages of reforming regulatory regulation by the state and bringing the legislative framework of the industry in line with European requirements have been identified and substantiated. New categories introduced into the regulatory framework have been identified and the prospects for exporting goods produced within the framework of the new regulatory framework are shown. Based on the results of the research, identical and different requirements of the Ukrainian and European regulations for cosmetic products, for packaging, labeling, methods for studying stability, physical and chemical indicators, sampling procedure for expert evaluation were established. It is shown that the introduced changes meet the requirements of European standards and could increase the competitiveness and investment potential of domestic enterprises of the cosmetic industry
Global climate change, the consequences of accidents at power plants, rising energy prices, rising demand for energy resources necessitate the adjustment of energy policy of many countries in the direction of development of renewable energy sources. Ukraine's strategy in this area is aimed at solving the main problems of increasing the share of energy from renewable sources in the structure of the overall primary energy supply and the search for and use of skilful approaches to the management of renewable energy projects. A study of the state and problems of development of renewable energy in Ukraine. Based on the results of the analysis of the work of domestic and foreign scientists and researchers in the field of renewable energy project management, it is concluded that this aspect is studied in part and in fragments, identified problems of existing management. It is determined that to ensure the sustainable development of renewable energy and the implementation of forecasts requires proper and skillful management of renewable energy projects, which takes into account their specific features and aims to improve the efficiency of such projects. It is revealed that renewable energy sources include periodic or constant energy flows that propagate in nature and are limited only by the stability of the Earth as a cosmoplanetary element: radiant energy of the Sun, wind, hydropower, natural heat and more. The types of renewable energy projects and their features are identified, which are considered within the categories. The classification of renewable energy projects is carried out. Distinctive features of renewable energy projects and features of their management are highlighted. Renewable energy projects have been identified as being at risk, environmentally friendly and dependent on a large number of stakeholders.
