Hybrid illumination complexes for systems of combined illumination are considered, including the concept of their development as a structural element of high energy efficiency and high quality light environment. The first practical application experience is described, of the project installed in a building of the MEGA Adygea Family Shopping Centre.
Results from studies of the effect of the action of optical radiation on the characteristics of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) produced using the binary heterostructure GaxAl l_xAs (X = O. 88 ixnO are presented. High sensitivity of the LED to the following parameters of the optical radiation is shown: flux density, quantum energy, and exposure dose. The action of optical radiation in the form of a band with a maximum at 255 nm on the LED heterostructures lowers the leakage current into the bulk, decreases the loss identified as surface leakage current by about an order of magnitude, increases the radiated power by 50-100% in the current region up to 10 -3 A, and increases the overall light output of the diodes.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
