В работе обобщены научные данные о болезнях животных, вызываемых бактериями рода Pasteurella, в том числе Mannheimia haemolytica. В зарубежной литературе инфекционное заболевание вызванное возбудителем Mannheimia haemolytica называется Mannheimiosis -манхеймиоз. Микроорганизмы указанного рода часто проявляется лишь при наличии первичного патогенного агента, либо стресс фактора, что затрудняет диагностику и своевременную профилактику болезни. Использование рутинных методов индикации микроорганизмов не всегда позволяет достичь достоверного результата, ввиду сложности их выполнения. Современные экспрессметоды индикации способны произвести существенный сдвиг в плане выявления неблагополучных по манхеймиозу животноводческих предприятий, но для этого необходим высокий уровень оснащения диагностических лабораторий и наличие высококвалифицированных кадров.
In modern conditions of animal husbandry, when high-tech methods of breeding replace existing approaches to livestock maintenance, timely vaccination is almost the only reliable way to fight clostridiosis. Anaerobic infections are a serious problem for livestock breeding worldwide. The damage is caused by economic losses and animal deaths, as well as by the adverse conditions in the area, contaminated by spores of pathogens and losses from the introduction of quarantine measures and restrictions. Due to the wide spread of pathogens in the environment, the acute or super-acute course of the disease and the severity of damage to body tissues, treatment of animals is almost 100% ineffective compared to specific prevention. However, for the development of an effective immunobiological medication, it is necessary to justify its composition, therefore, it is important to constantly monitor the etiological structure of clostridiosis in cattle.
The paper presents results of a study of antibiotic resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa' field isolates taken from exotic and ornamental birds during 2014-2016. The findings suggest that meropenem is a highly efficient antibiotic for therapy of Pseudomonas infection due to absolute sensitivity of isolates to the antibiotic. In addition to meropenem, revealed high sensitivity of isolates to sizomitsin, tobramycin, imipenem, azithromycin, norfloxacin, pefloxacin and ciprofloxacin. Number of isolates susceptible to the aforementioned antibacterial measures -72,34-97,87%.

In the current one-year study 2477 samples from pets clinically suspected for dermatophytosis (1010 from dogs and 1467 from cats) were examined by direct microscopy, conventional mycological culture and DTM culture. Direct microscopy revealed 1,28% positive samples, conventional culture – 8,0% and DTM culture – 27,7% positive samples. The average incidence of dermatophytosis in Moscow region was 14% (9,5% in cats and 4,5% in dogs), most of cases were diagnosed in autumn. DTM culture proved to be the most effective method for diagnosing dermatophytosis in pets.
