The relevance of the chosen topic is that innovation is currently one of the most important elements of the economy, contributing to the development of entrepreneurship in general. In turn, effective innovation is one of the criteria for the success of business structures. Innovation activity is aimed at the practical use of scientific, scientific and technical results and intellectual potential in order to obtain a new or improved product or method of production and to meet the needs of society in competitive goods and services, to improve social services. Assessment of the effectiveness of innovative activities of the enterprise should consist in the implementation of a comprehensive assessment process, taking into account the principles of consistency, adaptability, flexibility, and include the use of an individual assessment system. The purpose of the study is to consider the features of evaluating the innovative activity of an enterprise. The object of study is the innovative activity of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the evaluation of the results of innovative activities of the enterprise. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was the use of general methods of scientific and theoretical analysis to deepen the phenomena and concepts under study.

Rail and road modes of transport are the most competing modes of transport in the freight market in Russia. The automobile mode of transport is increasing its advantage over the railway every year. If 10 years ago automobile transport was used only as an auxiliary transport for rail and sea transport, today automobile mode of transport is more and more used for long-distance freight transportation. The length of roads in Russia is increasing every year, therefore, companies need to look for ways and mechanisms to optimize the cost of services, including through optimization of logistics. In this regard, in the conditions of rapidly changing market relations, a comparative analysis of rail and road transport, as well as the development of a method for optimizing the choice of type of transport for transportation from Vladivostok to the western regions of the country, is one of the most important tasks for transport companies. The aim of the study is to assess the advantages of rail and road transport in organizing freight transportation and developing a method for optimizing the choice of type of transport for transporting goods from Vladivostok to the western regions of the country.

Аннотация. Быстрое распространение коронавирусной инфекции в мире привело к развитию глобального кризиса в области здравоохранения, перегрузке национальных систем здравоохранения и серьезным экономическим последствиям. Заметной обратной стороной мер по сдерживанию инфекции стало, в частности, кардинальное ограничение транспортной активности. Падение спроса на товары и услуги и высокий риск заражения привели к резкому и беспрецедентному сокращению объема предоставляемых транспортных услуг во всем мире. Это привело не только к финансовым потерям для самих перевозчиков, но и к серьезному сокращению рабочих мест в секторе с дальнейшими социально-экономическими последствиями. Текущая деятельность и развитие транспортных компаний в современных условиях пандемии и мирового кризиса экономики невозможны без использования эффективных методов управления финансовыми ресурсами, которые обеспечивали бы стабильное финансовое состояние. Актуальность темы работы обусловлена значительным повышением роли контроля за финансовым состоянием и платежеспособностью транспортных компаний, и, как следствие, за наличием, размещением и использованием денежных средств.
