A microfluidic system of capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection is developed. The process of manufacturing a chip based on polydimethylsiloxane and glass for the determination of elec troactive compounds is described. We studied the possibilities of the treatment of the chip channel surface in a gas discharge with sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium deoxycholate, and an ionic liquid of 1 dodecyl 3 trim ethylimidazolium chloride, used as additives to the background electrolyte. It was found that the developed microfluidic system can be used for the determination of polyphenolic antioxidants in green tea and red wine.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
