The article considers the role and concept of e-commerce as an effective direction for the development of the digital economy in modern conditions. The specifics and main advantages of e-commerce in terms of the potential development of this business are considered. The main directions of activity development based on the introduction of information technologies are defined.

The article considers the types of metrological equipment for measuring the parameters of the quality of electrical energy in electrical installations, outlines the directions for improving the quality of power supply, including a proposal for the introduction of a set of metrological equipment that meets modern requirements for the normalization of electricity quality parameters and has an interface with the ASKUE.

The article deals with the development of the main trends in service logistics, in particular, the essence and perspective directions of development of postamate networks. The paper identifies the advantages of creating or expanding a postamat vending network as an effective tool for delivering goods in remote trade, identifies the functions of the postamat and the main factors that affect the development of this type of vending services.

The article considers the main approaches to digitalization of processes and the feasibility of using a technical and forensic complex for the organization of fire investigation in the expert and forensic units of the Russian Ministry of internal Affairs system.
