The article considers the main regulatory legal acts, the procedure for concluding contracts and budgeting on the example of cadastral work in the MP Kushnarenkovsky district of the Republic of Belarus. By concluding an agreement, each party assumes certain obligations and gives the other party the opportunity to protect their rights in case of violation. A correctly drawn up contract and estimate describe in detail the obligations of the customer and contractor, the procedure for their implementation and scope.
