This research is about Sasi-based protection forest strategy, it is done to find out how the Sasi-based protection strategy mechanism in protecting the forest. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a normative legal research. The research was conducted at Universitas Kristen Indonesia from January to March 2021. The objects studied in this study were documents either in reports or regulations related to indigenous peoples' local wisdom. The research instrument used was a document checklist. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive analysis technique. The result of the research is that traditional Sasi wisdom has values and norms to protect forests, water sources, annual plants and food plants. With the concept and understanding of how environmental managers with various customary rules to obtain benefits and maintain the kinship value of area units that already have an identity and must continuously be maintained in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. Besides, food security for indigenous peoples on the island of Maluku (Ambon) during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely by building food security by encouraging a new paradigm based on local food with directions and policies for developing food security and absorption of dryland technology to support sustainable food self-sufficiency through sources

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi di seluruh dunia telah membuat perubahan dalam banyak hal di kehidupan masayarakat. Secara khusus di Indonesia, berita tentang maraknya penyebaran virus covid-19 mulai pada bulan Januari 2020 hingga akhirnya awal Maret pemerintah mengambil keputusan yang sangat sulit dengan mengeluarkan kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB), di mana berbagai sektor terkhusus di bidang pendidikan diharapkan melaksanakan seluruh kegiatan secara online. Tidak terkecuali Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Kristen Indonesia turut mematuhi kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah. Adanya rasa ketakutan yang mendalam pada masyarakat yang mendorong untuk menjaga diri dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan dan juga menjaga kebersihan dengan mencuci tangan atau menggunakan hand sanitizer membuat masyarakat secara khusus di Jakarta berlomba-lomba untuk memiliki antiseptik pencuci tangan karena dinilai efektif membunuh kuman atau virus. Sehingga persediaan antiseptik ini pun langka dan melambung tinggi. Kondisi ini menjadi perhatian Universitas Kristen Indonesia sebagai Perguruan Tinggi yang berkomitmen menjalankan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang salah satunya adalah Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dan juga oleh dorongan kemanusiaan membantu pemerintah pada masa-masa sulit di saat pandemi covid-19, sehingga Universitas Kristen Indonesia melalui karya pengabdian para dosen di Prodi Pendidikan Kimia FKIP dan Fakultas Kedokteran bersama-sama dengan Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) melaksanakan kegiatan “Aksi UKI Perduli Dalam Rangka Pncegahan Penyebaran Virus Covid-19”. Dalam kegiatan PkM ini para dosen bekerja di laboratorium dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan dalam rangka membuat atau memproduksi hand sanitizer sesuai dengan standar World Health Organization (WHO), dan selanjutnya mendistribusikan produk tersebut ke masyarakat melalui puskesmas-puskesmas dan kelurahan-kelurahan yang ada di Jakarta Timur. Sebanyak 2000 botol kemasan 100 mL hand sanitizer diproduksi dan didistribusikan oleh Universitas Kristen Indonesia melalui dua tahapan waktu.   Kata kunci: Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat; Aksi Perduli; Hand Sanitizer; Pandemi Covid-19

As a consequence of the globalization era, legal relations between the world community are open and very easy. The International Business Contract is one of the legal relations used to facilitate cooperation between them, but sometimes the ease in cooperation often faces obstacles in the event of a dispute between them, for example wrong one party does not fulfill its promises (achievements). It is quite common that the parties involved in a certain business are faced with disputes resulting from the legal contract they previously made. To anticipate such happenings, they always include choices in the contract clause although they sometimes skip to do so. The lack of such a clause will bring about a problem which is law should they refer to to solve the dispute. This is where the role of a notary is very important in making a choice of law for international business contract. The role of notary is closely related to his authority, namely making authentic deeds. The Method used in normative juridicial research which is carried out as an effort to obtain the necessary data related to the problem. The data source is secondary as consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. In addition, primary data is also used to support secondary data legal out using qualitative juridicial analysis methods. From the research results it can be obtained that the choice of law must be determined based on theory and principles in international private law. The role of a notary in making a choice of law for international business contract is limited to providing suggestions or legal counseling on the choice of law. Notary may not determine the choice of law in the international business contracts they make. But only given reccomendations to their clients.

Introduction: Various aspects regarding the importance of land often become conflicts in the society, such as land ownership status conflict, land tenure status conflict and compensation for land acquisition and usage. The forms of the legal mafia practice are brokers in buying and selling cases, bribes, illegal levies and land mafia due to inaccurate land data.Purposes of the Research: Explaining and analyzing how the state has handled cases of land mafia practices so far and the optimization of the role of the Land Mafia Task Force in preventing and eradicating the practice of the Land Mafia..Methods of the Research: The approach of the research is qualitative, verificative, evaluative, through statutory approach, and case approach. With documentation data collection techniques, audiovisual materials, and supported by interviews.Results of the Research: The handling of cases of land mafia practices through optimizing the role of the Land Mafia Task Force so far has never reflected the principle of prudence and respect for land rights holders. In handling land mafia cases, actions are often done arbitrarily to the detriment of the actual land rights holders that they do not reflect justice, balance, and does not protect the ownerships’ rights. The legal formula optimizes the role of the Land Mafia Task Force in preventing and eradicating land mafia practices, which is the formation of a Special Cross-Ministerial Team and Academics by making SOPs and technical instructions in carrying out activities to prevent and eradicate land mafia.
