This experiment was conducted to determine the characteristics of biofertilizers usually called as Local Microorganism (LM) with the raw materials that is easily obtained in the village of Cibodas Lembang. This experiment included ten main raw materials as media for growing LM, including: Bamboo Root, Spring Onion, Broccoli Leaves, Banana Stump, Leaves of Water Hyacinth, Goat Manure, Rabbit Manure, Chicken Manure, Cow Manure and Rabbit Urine. The LM was enriched with material sugar and carbohydrates then incubated for 2 weeks. Parameters observed in the laboratory include IAA hormones, cytokines and gibberellins. The microorganism living in the LM i.e Total microorganism (Total Plate Count Aerob), Azospirillium, Azotobacter and Trichoderma were also analysed. The results showed that the LM with raw materials from chicken manure showed the highest hormone content in both IAA, Cytokinin (Zeatin), Cytokinin (Kinetin) and Giberelin with the following values: 141.28 ppm, 115.63 ppm, 126.49 ppm, 165.13 ppm, respectively. The same LM showed highest number of microorganisms based on TPC method and Trichoderma with a value of 3.75 x 108, 6.80 x 105 CFU/ml. As for the analysis of the LM goat manure contain the highest number of Azospirillium which population of 2.4 x 105 CFU/ml and the highest population of Azotobacter sp was found in LM of rabbit manure with a value of 6.95 x 103 CFU / ml.
This experiment was conducted to determine the effect of bio-organic fertilizer on improving performance of oil palm seedlings, the total microbial population and population of phosphate solubilizing microbial in oil palm seedlings. Preparation of planting medium was done by taking the top soil with maximum depth of 25 cm. The top soil was air dried and grounded then put into each polybag with a volume of 5 kg. The parameter of oil palm seedlings was observed at week 4 to the 22 after planting (WAP) in the experimental garden greenhouse Cikabayan, Darmaga. The experiment was conducted in randomized block design (RBD) totest the capacity of microbial to dissolve phosphate that composed of two factors with three replications. The results showed the use of rock phosphate fertilizer on plant height showed better results compared to the use of SP-36 and statistical analysis the single effect of bio-organic fertilizer the effect organic fertilizer to total soil microbial population showed the best results.
This study conducted several applications of biofertilizer Bacillus cereus and Lysinibacillus sp on two doses of chemical fertilizer to find out the impact of the use of biofertilizers on paprika cultivation. The design of the research experiment used is a randomized design group of factorial patterns with two factors, the first factor is the use of biofertilizers with seven levels. The second factor is the use of chemical fertilizer doses consisting of two levels. Parameters observed in the laboratory include nutrient content N, P, K plant, and cultivation media. The results showed the nutrient content of P and K plants the highest yields were indicated by bio-fertilizer isolated 2 (P2) and biofertilizer consortium (P4) with a dose of chemical fertilizer 75% (A2). The total nutrient content of the planting media 2 best results are indicated by the treatment of biofertilizer isolated 1 (P1) and biofertilizer isolated 2 (P2) with 100% chemical fertilizer (A1). Bio-fertilizers Isolated Bacillus subtilis 1 and Bacillus subtilis 2 and Lysinibacillus sp. needs to be tested functionally as a nutrient-producing microbe as an absolute technical requirement of biofertilizer products by Ministry of Agriculture standards.
