Academicians’ satisfaction is the key to leading the new young generation to the peak of development. Therefore, providing a flexible workplace and giving more benefits to the University teachers is a key for tackling the current issues of Afghan society. The data was collected through an online cross-sectional method via a voluntarily self-reported standardized questionnaire from 72 participants of both genders from public universities. Furthermore, the purposive sampling technique was applied for data collection. The questionnaire had three dimensions and its reliability for Job satisfaction (0.789), employees’ benefits (0.901), and workplace flexibility (0.873). The result showed that job experience did have a significant impact on employees’ benefits. Similarly, employees’ benefits did not have a significant association with job satisfaction. And working hours per week also did not have a significant correlation with job experience, job satisfaction, employees’ benefits, and workplace flexibility. However, Job satisfaction level had a positive significant correlation with workplace flexibility and it had a negative significant association with the job experience of the participants.
