The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness and constraints of Capital, Financing and Marketing of Diversification of Palm Products resulting from the development of Regional Innovation System. The type of this research is explanatory survey and analyzed with quantitative descriptive. Respondents are business perpetrators of palm products derived 167 respondents. This research is conducted by conducting primary data survey from upstream and downstream of diversified Crude Palm Oil (CPO). The results show the weakness of marketing network system and capital to the utilization of diversification of derivative products in the scope of Regional Innovation System. This research examines and proves the contribution of real estate activities and financial and insurance industry activities to the formation of Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product in 2000-2017. The issue that will be discussed is about the variables that influenced the formation of Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product in 2000-2017. The purpose of this study is to prove the influence of the contribution of real estate activities and financial and insurance industry activities to the formation of Gross Domestic Products in Indonesia. To analyze and prove the hypothesis an empirical test was carried out in the form of Q Square prediction with Smart PLS 3.1 on the magnitude of the influence of the activity sub-sector. The method used in data collection is a combination of secondary data derived from Asia Development Bank data. The method used to analyze data is the time series data method. The results showed that Real Estate Activities is an independent variable that does not have a positive and significant effect on the formation of a total Gross Domestic Product. It can be seen from the statistical t value of 1,800> from the t table value of 1,964 and this can be proven by the original sample value of 0.073 and the significance of 0.073> 0.05 which means that Real Estate Activities has no positive effect and significant to the formation of total Gross Domestic Product. Variable Financial and Insurance Activities are independent variables also do not have a positive and significant effect on the formation of total Gross Domestic Product. This can be seen from the statistical t value of 0.401> from the t table value of 1.964 and this can be proven by the original sample value of 0.689 and no significance of 0.005 = 0.05 which means that Financial and Insurance Activities have no effect positive and significant towards the formation of total Gross Domestic Product.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the ideal aspects of ownership structure and capital structure in determining the uncertainty model of operational of Walmart. This type of research is an explanatory survey using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative method is carried out by descriptive analysis by conducting a field survey using a questionnaire designed in such a way. Respondents of this study were the 78 managers of the community minimart in Medan City, North Sumatera, Indonesia who were selected by purposive sampling method. Meanwhile, the quantitative method was carried out using SEM PLS analysis by analyzing the indicators of aspects of ownership structure, capital structure and dimensions of operational success. The results show that the capital structure variable had a significant effect on Walmart's operational success. Meanwhile, the ownership structure variable had no significant effect on Walmart's operational success. The novelty that is produced from this research is that the success of community self-service is determined by the capital structure. Capital is an obstacle faced by community supermarkets because with limited capital it is difficult for community supermarkets to expand their business.
