Caring was the behavior provide assistance holistically to individuals. In fact, nurses Caring behaviors made only modest, yet an art in nursing care which should always be a nurse. The good personality and spiritual be one of the factors that affect the formation of nurses Caring behaviors. Spiritual was the passion or impulse that comes out from within themselves to do the noble. The research objective was explained a spiritual relationship nurses with nurses caring behaviors. The research design was used cross sectional. The population in this researchs were associate nurses in the ward. A sample were taken of 88 nurses with consecutive sampling technique. Data collection was done at the General Hospital of Haji Surabaya, Al Irsyad General Hospital Surabaya and Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital. Data collection was used questionnaire, with multivariate data analysis Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results showed no significant relationship between demographic with spiritual nurses. Demographic indicators for the hypothesis test was psychological, length of work, education, and wards. Demographics nurses with nurse caring no significant relationship. Spiritual nurses significant relationship with the caring nurses at 7.061. These results indicated that modeling should be done was draw line from the spiritual to the caring nurses and the others deleted. The conclusion of the research was the spiritual nurses significant relationship with the nurses caring behaviors. Suggestions have to do is always give spiritual training to nurses as one of supporting the implementation of nursing care.
Saat ini media pembelajaran multimedia berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah banyak dalam proses pembelajaran sebagai bentuk pengembangan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan dapat menarik minat, perhatian dan motivasi belajar bagi para peserta didik. Namun yang menjadi salah kendala adalah kurang dikuasainya teknologi pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran berbasis TIK oleh para pengajar. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu kegiatan guna meningkatkan kualitas profesional dan kreativitas guru dalam mengembangkan multimedia.Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini demonstrasi dan praktek pembuatan multimedia menggunakan software 3D Pageflip Professional serta penugasan bagi guru-guru untuk membuat sebuah media pembelajaran hasil kreativitas peserta dan di akhir kegiatan para peserta akan diberikan penilaian hasil evaluasi produk dan respon peserta terhadap kebermanfaatan kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, bahwa para guru rata-rata memiliki kemampuan yang sangat baik dengan skor 89,63 dalam memahami urgensi pengembangan media pembelajaran, mampu membuat media pembelajaran, mengenal fungsi program, dapat memasukkan teks dan menyisipkan objek movie, sound dan gambar ke ruang template 3D Pageflip Professional. Selanjutnya berdasar hasil angket, rata-rata guru memberikan tanggapan yang sangat baik dengan skor sebesar 82,67 karena melalui kegiatan ini para peserta memperoleh manfaat berupa pengetahuan tentang operasionalisasi program dan uji kreativitas guru dalam membuat desain pengembangan media sebagai bahan ajar.
Introduction: Acute respiratory tract infections (ARI) is a disease that is the primary cause of death, especially in children. Toddlers can be prevented from developing ARI with increased immunity. Giving breast milk can increase children's immunity, but there are still children who experience ARI. This study aimed to explain the differences in Acute Respiratory Tract Infections (ARI) events in toddlers who are exclusively and non-exclusively breastfed.Methods: The research design used was descriptive-comparative with a retrospective design. The population in this study were all children one to three years of age. A sample of 158 toddlers was recruited by a purposive sampling technique. Data retrieval was done with the criteria that the child had visited a public health centre (puskesmas) or integrated health care service post (posyandu), and does not suffer from a disease such as asthma or have any allergies. The variables were measured using a questionnaire and observation sheet. Data analysis was done by a chi-square test and binary logistic regression.Results: The results showed that there were differences in ARI incidence in toddlers (one to three years) who were exclusively and non-exclusively breastfed with a value of p = 0.003. The air pollution factor proved to be significant, dominantly affecting the incidence of ARI.Conclusion: Differences in ARI incidence in toddlers who are exclusively and non-exclusively breastfed is possible due to air pollution factors. Key implications for nursing practice from this research are improving services, and prevent the occurrence of ARI.
Perawat merupakan tenaga kesehatan paling lama yang berhubungan dengan pasien, berhadapan dengan pasien yang penyakitnya beragam dan tuntutan pekerjaan dapat menjadi salah satu sumber stres yang kuat pada perawat dalam bekerja sehingga dibutuhkan kecerdasan emosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan stres kerja pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan masukan dan evaluasi bagi pihak Rumah Sakit Jiwa dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan menerapkan kecerdasan emosi dalam menurunkan stres kerja pada perawat. Subjek penelitian adalah 100 perawat yang terlibat langsung dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan jiwa pada pasien. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kecerdasan emosi sebanyak 29 aitem dan skala stres kerja 33 aitem yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti. Analisa data menggunakan teknik korelasi Pearson dari statistik parametrik dengan koefisien korelasi r = −0. 584 dan p = 0.00, (p < 0.01). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat korelasi negatif signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan stres kerja pada perawat yang berarti semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosi maka semakin rendah stres kerja, begitu pula sebaliknya semakin rendah kecerdasan emosi maka semakin tinggi stres kerja yang dialami oleh perawat tersebut.
