During the last 2 years (in 2018 and 2019) drug cases in Central Kalimantan Province had increased. As agency in charge of the task, the Provincial National Narcotics Agency (BNNP) of Central Kalimantan, therefore, requires more staffs with specific skills and good performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, incentives and motivation on staffs performance in BNN of Central Kalimantan Province. Primary data were collected from interviews. Secondary data, i.e. the number of BNNP staffs and the number of cases revealed and investigated obtained through media liaison or such as books, notes, evidence that already exists, or archives both published and not published. The respondents were all 37 of Central Kalimantan BNNP staffs. Data were analyzed through validity test, reliability test, hypothesis test, descriptive statistical analysis, inferential analysis, and model evaluation. The results showed that competence and motivation have a significant effect on performance, while the provision of incentives do not have a significant effect on performance.
Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kehutanan, dan Perhubungan Kabupaten Gunung Mas bertugas meningkatkan pelayanan, sarana dan prasarana, serta profesionalisme petugasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kehutanan dan Perhubungan Kabupaten Gunung Mas). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kehutanan dan Perhubungan Kabupaten Gunung Mas. Periode penelitian Oktober-November 2021 dan data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 70 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan diterima; 2) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan diterima; 3) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja yang dapat diterima; 4) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja diterima; 5) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dan diterima; 6) Motivasi kerja menjadi variabel mediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan diterima; dan 7) Motivasi kerja menjadi variabel mediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan diterima.
Introduction: This research presents the relationship between the schools which implemented full day school and which did not apply the full day school to the level of stress students in junior high schools. This was influenced by the existence of regional autonomy as part of government policy and orientation toward quality education institutions.Methods: This research used a quantitative correlational approach to obtain the significance of the relationship between the variables examined. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with samples of 37 students for a group of cases and 37 students to control groups. Data analysis was conducted using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test.Results: The results showed that in the case group there were 83.78 experiencing mild stress and 16.22 experiencing moderate stress, while in the control group there were 89.19 experiencing mild stress, and 10.81 experiencing moderate stress with P- value 0.000 (<0.05).Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that more moderate stress levels are found in students who apply the Full Day School System in Junior High School.
Purpose, - The purpose of this study was to determine and to know the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at Fairuz Hotel in Palangka Raya.Design/methodology/approach - The research method used was qualitative, quantitative by using Multiple Linear Regression analysis techniques. The population and sample in this study were all of the Employees' Performance at Fairuz Hotel in Palangka Raya, totaling 30 people. Findings - This research shows the results partially (t-test): a) Motivation has significant and significant effect on Employee Performance, b) Work Discipline has a significant and significant effect on Employee Performance, and simultaneously the results of the study show Work Motivation and Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance in this study R2 = 0.532 or 53.2%.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja, (4) pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja, (5) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (6) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja, (7) pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja pada Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari seluruh pegawai Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah (83 responden) menggunakan kuesinoner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja. Di sisi lain, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Selanjutnya iklim organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lebih lanjut, motivasi kerja yang tinggi dapat terbukti sebagai mediasi hubungan lingkungan kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.
