Penulisan artikel ini difokuskan pada apakah alasan hukum dan akibat hukum terhadap perikatan yang telah dibuat oleh CV dalam perubahan status CV menjadi PT, serta bagaimana peranan Notaris dalam perubahan status CV menjadi PT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian hukum normatif bersisi empirik. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka didapatkan hasil yaitu alasan hukum perubahan status CV menjadi PT, karena persyaratan pekerjaan, tanggung jawab terbatas pada PT, konsep aturan PT yang lebih jelas dan konkrit, dan ketentuan izin usaha. Akibat hukum perubahan status CV menjadi PT terhadap perikatan yang telah dibuat oleh CV yaitu akibat hukum internal dan eksternal. Peranan Notaris dalam hal ini yaitu : Bentuk peranan Notaris diabtaranya memberikan penyuluhan hukum, memformulasikan isi akta pendirian PT, dan memastikan bahwa CV sudah melakukan pemberesan aset. Proses peranan Notaris yaitu pemesanan nama PT, pembuatan akta pendirian PT, pengumuman dalam 2 koran nasional, proses pengesahan, daftar perseroan, dan Pengumuman dalam BN/TBN RI. Hambatan peranan Notaris: nama yang diajukan ditolak oleh sistem, kurangnya aturan khusus mengenai perubahan CV menjadi PT, dan akses terbatas pada SABH. Saran bagi penghadap agar mematuhi aturan dan melakukan pemberesan terlebih dahulu terhadap aset CV. Notaris sebaiknya selalu berpedoman pada peraturan yang berlaku. Pemerintah seharusnya memformulasikan aturan hukum tentang CV dan perubahan status CV menjadi PT guna menciptakan kepastian hukum bagi masyarakat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program pembinaan keberagamaan siswa melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan implementasi hidden curriculum di Madrasah Aliyah Patra Mandiri Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskritif analitis, maka dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi dan analisis datanya menggunakan analisis data model Milles dan Huberman, yaitu melalui proses reduksi, display dan verifikasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi hidden curriculum dalam ekstrakurikuler keagamaan melalui tiga cara yaitu 1) kegiatan rutin yaitu doa bersama, salat zuhur berjamaah, salat Duha, salaman pagi, dan silaturahmi siswa dengan guru; 2) kegiatan mingguan yaitu Tahsinul Qur’an, Marhaba, Barzanji. Muhadhoroh, dan salat Jumat; dan 3) keteladanan guru yaitu kedisplinan, silaturahmi dewan guru, berpakaian rapi dan sopan, dan hidup Bersih.

Research on aerodynamics on racing bicycles always develops from time to time. The various geometry of a time-trial helmet produces different characteristics of fluid flow, this is due to the relative movements of air that are in the area throughout the body shape of the helmet. Basically the fluid flow that passes on a racing bicycle helmet will produce a drag force, where this must be minimized in order to hinder the pace of drivers to achieve maximum speed, so drivers should pay attention to how to design the geometry of helmet that should be used. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method is used to simulate the case studies in this research. In this study, four kinds of models trailing edge geometry was varied to determine where the most optimal in accepting the drag force. The validation was also conducted to determine the suitability of this study with prior research, where in this validation the results of this study are compared with the research owned (Sims and Jenkins, 2011). The results of this validation show that the resulting drag coefficient has a very small difference of 0.001. The four models are simulated with Reynold number values of 7.14 × 104, 1.00 × 105, and 1.16 × 105. The results of this study indicate that with differences in the geometry of the trailing edge affect the drag force that occurs. From the research result when Reynold 7.0 x 10 ^ 4, the drag force produced by model 3 is bigger than model 1 and 2 which is equal to 0.182 N. Whereas on Reynold which is bigger 1.16 x 10 ^ 5 model 3 receives drag smaller than model 1 and 2 which is equal to 0.283 N.  In the world of bicycle racing, the difference in the small drag force affects the speed of the bicycle and affects the resulting victory.

According to Burke, Dramatism means humans can learn and understand motives in all human interactions through symbols. Burke sees that the motives behind people's actions are essential for analyzing and finding out why people do and say what they do. Apart from the dramatic Pentad which is one of the important concepts in dramatism, there are identification, guilt and ratio. There are six ways of identification, formal patterns, framing, ambiguous symbols, mystification, and scapegoats. There are two forms of guilt, namely mortification and victimage. There are two forms of guilt, mortification and labeling the enemy or the victim of victimage. This study aims to analyze existing data to present the basic findings of dramatism theory, identification and guilt in the film "They Life 1988". This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach, by analyzing findings from previous research or secondary data which will generate basic findings as the results of the analysis, namely: identifying which there are six parts, namely identification, formal patterns, framing, ambiguous symbols, mystification and scapegoat. Then it generates guilt in which there are two parts, mortification and labeling of the enemy or the victim of vicitimage.
