One of the most interactive ways to acquire knowledge and exercise it is through board games, resulting from artificial rules with a known goal to be achieved. The purpose of this work was to develop a board game, based on the PDCA Management System and the Seven Quality Tools, that simulated an industrial unit, relating the real faults of the equipment of a production line, with possible problems and solutions for them . The gameplay was tested by a group of students of the Course of Production Engineering of Unifafibe University Center and they pointed out that this type of game encourages memory capacity, logical and abstract reasoning and, therefore, it would be possible to train employees of one company to know more and more the area where they work, making them more qualified professionals. In the dynamics of the game, it was possible to verify that all the problems found had their possible solutions and were present in the cards available to be chosen in the critical moments of the game. However, it is recommended that the game occur as the employee analyzes and understands the problems that occur during the production processes of an industrial unit. Among the results obtained with the elaboration of this game, one of the products was the registration of the idea and the elaboration of something innovative for the equipment training sector.
