This article discusses the effectiveness of remedial learning in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at MTs Negeri 1 Palu. The focus of the discussion in this study is how the effectiveness of remedial learning in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at MTs Negeri 1 Palu and what factors hinder Remedial Learning in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at MTs Negeri 1 Palu. The method that the author uses in this study is a qualitative research method. With data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in the effectiveness of remedial learning in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at MTs Negeri 1 Palu, namely efforts to improve students are carried out if these students have not reached the minimum standard value, then students will be given remedial. because in this remedial learning students only repeat material that is not understood. Then the inhibiting factors in the effectiveness of remedial learning in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at MTs Negeri 1 Palu, namely, the lack of attention from students, limited learning time carried out in schools as a result of the pandemic that is still endemic and the lack of communication between teachers and students. students to the problem of improving the value and efficiency of remedial learning in schools.
Salah satu tanggungjawab pemerintah desa adalah pementasan kemiskinan di wilayah yang merupakan kewenanganya. Pementasan kemiskinan dilaksanakan dengan merealisasikan program-program pementasan kemiskinan sesuai dengan regulasi yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah pusat. Karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pelaksanaan program pemetasan kemiskinan di Desa Loli Oge, kecamatan Banawa, Kabupaten Donggala. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriftif berdasarkan data-data yang diperoleh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Implementasi program pementasan kemiskinan oleh pemerintah Desa, serta faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam pelaksanaannya. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, Ketua BPD, Sekertaris Desa, Kasi bidang pemberdayaan dan Masyarakat. Data-data yang terkumpul diperoleh melalui tekhnik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis data dilakukan dengan memverifikasi data-data yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan masalah penelitian, kemudian data disusun, dan disajikan serta tahap terakhir penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Desa lili Oge dalam mengimplementasikan Program pementasan kemiskinan dengan langkah melakukan sosialisasi selanjutnya dilakukan pemetaan terhadap masyarakat mana yang berhak dan yang tidak berhak (DTKS dan Non-DTKS) dengan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam penetapannya, serta melakukan pengkategorian sesuai dengan aturan dan juknis yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam tataran penyaluran program melibatkan masyarakat dan seluruh stockholder yang berwenang didalam penyaluran program pementasan kemiskinan tersebut, upaya tersebut sangat relevan dengan Strategi dalam upaya mencapai tujuan dan sasaran serta kebijakan program pementasan kemiskinan yaitu strategi partisipasi.
Interactions between students and teachers are a role in the learning process. Learning interaction is both a social contact activity and a teaching and learning process. In addition to instructional interactions, learning interactions can also occur in the form of pedagogical interactions. Using a qualitative approach, this study is library-based research. Various literature on educational theory were reviewed for material. Using content analysis and comparison techniques, the data were then studied to identify fundamental developments in educational thought. According to the findings of this study, successful learning consistently pursues and executes the process of transferring both information and value. In addition to procedural and intellectual partnerships, the learning process includes emotional relationships that encompass affection, mutual regard, and respect. Additionally, learning must be founded on an equitable connection between teachers and students within the context of educational values. The engagement of mental dimensions enables a learning process that is not just intellectually oriented, but also emotionally and spiritually oriented.
Implementation and cultivating religious and cultural values in educational institutions have been carried out with several strategies. However, more is needed to know the implementation of religious education institutions. This study, therefore, was conducted to understand the implementation and maintaining a religious culture within government Islamic high schools. The aim of this study is to examine and discuss the Islamic senior high schools implement and maintain a religious culture within the school environment. The study was conducted with multiple case study methods within two State Islamic Senior High Schools in Indonesia. Data was gathered through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and written material analysis. In addition, in-depth interviews were carried out with the schools' principals, teachers, and students. The results of this study show that the schools have implemented and maintained the religious culture within the school environment through practicing routine religious activities supported by the schools' policymakers, parents, and students. Some religious activities which were regularly practiced included regular mass praying, celebrating religious events, religious knowledge competitions, and Islamic fashion and art shows. The religious activities created a religious culture environment that stimulated teachers and students to practice and appreciate religious values in their daily activities.
