The purpose of this research is to 1] test and analyze the effect of partial rewards on the work discipline of employees of PT. Brass Mega Building; 2] partially test and analyze the effect of punishment on the work discipline of PT. Brass Mega Building; and 3] testing and analyzing the effect of reward and punishment simultaneously on the work discipline of PT. Brass Mega Building. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Kuningan Mega Building, Kuningan Regency, totaling 52 employees with a sampling technique using a saturated sample (Sesnus) so that the entire population was used as the research sample. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Reward (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline (Y) employees of PT. Kuningan Mega Building, Punishment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on work discipline (Y) employees of PT. Kuningan Mega Building, and Reward (X1) and Punishment (X2) simultaneously or jointly have a positive and significant effect on work discipline (Y) employees of PT. Kuningan Mega Building Kuningan district. This study verifies previous studies that reward and punishment either partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. This means that the higher the reward and punishment applied to a company, the higher the level of work discipline in the company.
Dalam suatu usaha yang dijlankan, peranan legalitas merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Legalitas usaha ialah implementasi dari pemberian izin bagi penyelenggara kegiatan usaha oleh pihak yang berwenang. Selain itu legalitas usaha juga berperan sebagai penunjuk bahwa usaha yang didirikan dan sudah dijalankan tersebut layak untuk dikembangkan. Pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada pelaku usaha mengenai arti pentingnya suatu legalitas usaha bagi usahanya. Menurut obeservasi yang telah dilakukan, mayoritas UMKM di Desa Cipinang banyak berkembang pada bidang industri makanan, salah satunya yaitu produksi Corn Es Krim. Kurangnya pemahaman para pelaku usaha tentang pentingnya legalitas menjadi sebuah permasalahan yang membuat para pelaku usaha belum memiliki legalitas usaha. Tahap yang dilakukan yaitu dengan melakukan door-to-door untuk memberikan pemahaman serta pendampingan dalam pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) secara online melalui Online Single Submission (OSS). Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan mengenai pemahaman pentingnya memiliki legalitas usaha dari para pelaku usaha di Desa Cipinang, serta dari 5 UMKM corn es krim yang telah di survey oleh kami diantaranya belum memiliki NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) sehingga kami memberi pendampingan dalam hal pengurusan NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) bagi usaha yang dijalankan oleh pelaku usaha tersebut.
This research aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment partially or simultaneously on organizational citizenship behavior in employees of the Cirebon City Development Company. The population in this study were employees of the Cirebon City Development Regional Company. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling with a total sample of 58 respondents. This research is an associative research. The method in collecting this data is a survey method, the data obtained is processed using the help of IBM SPSS 25.0 for Windows software, while the data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior as seen from tcount > ttable, namely 5.022 > 1.673. And organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior seen from tcount > ttable that is 3.309> 1.673 Simultaneously the variables of organizational culture and organizational commitment jointly have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior seen from the value of F count > F table that is 15,695 > 3,165 and the value sig < 0.05 i.e., 0.000 < 0.05.
