In our previous work, the partitions (1 mg/mL) of Ageratum conyzoides (AC) aerial parts and Ixora coccinea (IC) leaves showed inhibitions of 94% and 96%, respectively, whereas their fractions showed IC50 43 and 116 µg/mL, respectively, toward Matrix Metalloproteinase9 (MMP9), an enzyme that catalyzes a proteolysis of extracellular matrix. In this present study, we performed IC50 determinations for AC n-hexane, IC n-hexane, and IC ethylacetate partitions, followed by the cytotoxicity study of individual partitions against MDA-MB-231, 4T1, T47D, MCF7, and Vero cell lines. Successive fractionations from AC n-hexane and IC ethylacetate partitions led to the isolation of two compounds, oxytetracycline (OTC) and dioctyl phthalate (DOP). The result showed that AC n-hexane, IC n-hexane, and IC ethylacetate partitions inhibit MMP9 with their respective IC50 as follows: 246.1 µg/mL, 5.66 µg/mL, and 2.75 × 10−2 µg/mL. Toward MDA-MB-231, 4T1, T47D, and MCF7, AC n-hexane demonstrated IC50 2.05, 265, 109.70, and 2.11 µg/mL, respectively, whereas IC ethylacetate showed IC50 1.92, 57.5, 371.5, and 2.01 µg/mL, respectively. The inhibitions toward MMP9 by OTC were indicated by its IC50 18.69 µM, whereas DOP was inactive. A molecular docking study suggested that OTC prefers to bind to PEX9 rather than its catalytic domain. Against 4T1, OTC showed inhibition with IC50 414.20 µM. In conclusion, this study furtherly supports the previous finding that AC and IC are two herbals with potential to be developed as triple-negative anti-breast cancer agents.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence customer satisfaction with the Go-jek application for Go-food services. The model used to explain user satisfaction with the implementation of Go-food services is the PIECES method (performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, service). This study uses descriptive quantitative data, Likert scale, performance, information, economy, control and service, efficiency, and service. As a system analysis tool, PIECES pays special attention to detailed and comprehensive systems, identifies system strengths and weaknesses, and uses them as a reference for further enterprise development. The average result of the satisfaction of gofood service users has reached a value of 4.4. This means that users are SATISFIED with gofood services.

This study aims to measure the relationship between System Performance Evaluation using the PIECES framework method which includes 6 dimensions of performance, information, economics, control and security, efficiency, and service variables on Shopee's E-commerce Applications, which aims to determine the level of Application System Performance in terms of weaknesses, strengths and analyze what components need to be improved. This study uses the PIECES Framework method in analyzing data, the use of the PIECES framework method is very suitable in analyzing each system variable under study because it can provide real results on the effectiveness of the system used by the company. User satisfaction with mobile application-based services is measured by the PIECES framework to determine the level of user satisfaction with services. The results of research using the PIECES Framework resulted in an average score of 4.26 with a Likert scale. So service users are categorized as PUAS for the Shoppe application information system service

Minimnya wawasan dan kurangnya edukasi tentang bisnis merupakan salah satu hambatan kaum milenial dalam memulai usaha sehingga tidak sedikit juga kita lihat mereka gagal dalam menjalankan bisnis yang baru dirintis. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan memberi solusi kepada para remaja untuk diberikan edukasi dini terkait dengan e-bisnis, sehingga kedepannya setelah mereka lulus dari bangku SMA mereka dapat membangun bisnis sendiri dengan wawasan yang sudah memadai. Kami menargetkan remaja SMA nantinya di masa yang akan datang dapat memiliki usaha sendiri dengan wawasan yang mereka miliki dan dapat membuat usahanya berkembang sehingga persentase kegagaglan dalam menjalankan bisnis dapat berkurang. Selain itu dengan memberikan edukasi mengenai ebisnis kepada remaja yang ada merupakan investasi yang sangat baik bagi masa depan. Proses bisnis yang menerapkan e-business akan lebih mudah melakukan penetrasi pasar ke berbagai daerah baru dan menemukan calon pengguna atau calon pembeli baru termasuk jangkauan ke luar negeri, sehingga pangsa pasar baru semakin terbuka lebar, sehingga mengurangi resiko kegagalan dalam berbisnis.
