This paper discusses the automatic transfer switch (ATS) in solar power plants. ATS is used to transfer the main electrical power to a backup power source (battery). PLN power cannot supply electricity continuously due to non-standard ATS installations, blackouts, disturbances to the generating system, and distribution system. Two ATS systems are proposed to control the switching process of PLN and PLTS automatically using inverter standby mode (ISM) and inverter off mode (IOM). The results of the application of ISM to PLN and PLTS can supply power needs based on switching techniques to avoid equipment damage. While IOM can save battery for inverter power supply.

– This paper describes the concept of energy independent educational tourism on Ria Bomo beach, Banyuwangi. Educational tourism is implemented to help the community's economy after the COVID-19 pandemic. The decline in post-pandemic tourists from 35,035 to 689 visitors, so that it has an impact on MSME business actors and tourism managers. Therefore, the community service team proposed the use of natural resources by implementing PLTS and PLTB as an effort to encourage business actors. The application of PLTS and PLTB is conceptualized as an education for tourists visiting Ria Bomo beach. The results of applying the concept show that the increase in tourist visitors is 10% on Monday-Friday. While tourist visitors on Saturday-Sunday to 20%. This concept is applied for education and piloting at beach destinations throughout Banyuwangi Regency.

Based on the situation analysis of MSME traditional tempe producers that have a separator machine using an electric motor, there is a need for a good and correct electrical installation to prevent the user avoid from electrical shock that could be potentially dangerous, because the separator from the soybean skin is a direct contact with water. The method of implementation in community service activities at Tempe producers MSMEs include; Field Observation, Tool Design, Tool Assembly, Tool Testing, Tool Installation, Electricity Installation, Electricity and Operation Training, and MONEV. The results of a series of community service activities that have been carried out are being able to increase the knowledge of all who are on the business purposes to understand how electricity and good installation are save from an unwanted thing about electricity.

Tempe production which continues to grow along with the needs of the community and it will keep growing  because tempeh is an affordable food and it with ingredients that are very beneficial for the body. Partners of this program,  Stimulus Community Partnership Program (PKMS) are Tempe Production UMKM. PKMS activities are carried out by holding production equipment, the most important of which is the soybean crushing machine with its energy-saving skin. Based on the results of the implementation of the tools that have been carried out by partners, there is an increase in efficiency of production time compare to before and after the use of the tool. Before using the device, the time needed to produce tempe,  5 kg of soybean is 6 minutes 45 seconds. After the use of the device, the time needed in the production of tempeh 5 kg of material becomes 3 minutes 15 seconds. There is an efficiency of production time 3 minutes 30 seconds. In addition to time efficiency, the electrical load used at the time of production before and after using the device is difference. Before using the equipment, the electricity needed is costed 50 thousand for 23 days. After the use of the device, 50 thousand electric credit can be last up to 20 days. From the results of the evaluation conducted after a series of processes , the results obtained in line with expectations with a difference in net income in a month is Rp. 1,200,000, with increased income that can improve the standard of living of partners. Overall, the results of the use of soybean seed crushing machine with the husk make the production of tempe to partners more efficient in production time and the electricity costs are not high and get quite high profits. While the results of the device are better and not crushed the seeds.
