Pembelajaran konvensional bagi pendidikan anak usia dini belum mampu memberikan hasil yang maksimal karena penyampaiannya hanya berupa ceramah atau cerita. Seorang guru dalam mendeskripsikan sebuah objek kepada siswanya dengan hanya bercerita akan diterima oleh siswa dengan berbagai pandangan. Ketika guru menjelaskan tentang pohon kelapa, tanpa membawa siswa melihat langsung objeknya, maka akan menimbulkan persepsi yang berbeda antara siswa satu dengan siswa lainnya. Gambaran situasi pada mitra yaitu sejauh ini proses pembelajaran di Kelompok bermain dan Taman Kanak-Kanak Hj. Isriati Baiturahman 2 Semarang masih minim pemakaian media pembelajaran. Guru belum mampu membuat media pembelajaran berbasis komputer. Diperlukan pelatihan untuk mencoba menciptakan media pembelajaran display menggunakan sarana komputer. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan akan menambah kualitas skill guru dalam menciptakan dan membuat membuat media pembelajaran, dimana kemampuan guru pada Kelompok bermain dan Taman Kanak-Kanak Hj. Isriati Baiturahman 2.
KB-TK. Hj Isriati 2 Semarang merupakan mitra dari program kemitraaan masyarakat ini, gambaran yang ada pembelajaran yang ada masih menggunakan cara konvensional, tatap muka, home visit. Pemakaian video dan pembelajaran berbasis file masih sangat terbatas, sehingga guru masih perlu melakukan pengembangan pada bidang pembelajaran elektronik. Belum ada pembelajaran berbasis elektronik yang mengintegrasikan semua materi pembelajaran yanga ada. E-Education menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Pada E-Education guru punya kekmapuan untuk menambahkan konten gambar, suara, video dan animasi. Guru juga mampu memberikan tambahan pengajaran kepada siswa tanpa terbatas ruang dan waktu. Materi yang dimasukkan ke konten juga lebih menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh siswa, layaknya seperti E-Commerce maka E-Education mampu memberikan ketertarikan dan kemudahan pada siswa untuk secara mendiri tanpa bantuan guru secara langsung mengakses pilihan menu pembelajaran yang ada.

One type of asset managed by an agency is an asset that has a service life limit, if it is not properly maintained it will affect the quality of use. Maintenance can be in the form of routine and incidental maintenance carried out by technicians. Each technician has different abilities, so the assignment should be based on objectivity. The high quantity of maintenance on all assets in an agency and often lack of attention to the division of tasks on all technicians resulted in some technicians having to accept maintenance assignments on assets that were not in accordance with their fields. The right steps were taken to support the decision to refer technicians to an asset maintenance process using the K-Nearest Neigbor method. The final result shows that the percentage of occurrences of referenced names occupies the highest percentage, namely 66% with a value of k=3, so that k=3 is suitable for the process of reference for technicians.
