ABSTRAKKeberadaan pabrik di sebuah jalan akan memberikan dampak peningkatan jumlah arus lalu lintas dan tingginya nilai hambatan samping pada suatu ruas jalan. Hambatan samping yang tinggi menyebabkan ruas jalan depan pasar Mayong mengalami kemacetan lalu lintas pada jam-jam sibuk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh hambatan samping terhadap kecepatan tempuh kendaraan ringan dan melihat derajat kejenuhan terhadap permasalahan yang ditimbulkan akibat faktor hambatan samping pada ruas jalan depan Pasar Mayong, Jepara melalui analisa hasil pengamatan dengan PKJI 2014. Hasil analisis hubungan hambatan samping (KHS) pada segmen 1 dan kecepatan di ruas jalan depan pasar mayong mengalami hambatan samping sebesar y=1,6179x2+74,357x. Didapatkan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,4238. Nilai koefisien korelasinya 0,651. Sedangkan hasil analisis hubungan hambatan samping (KHS) pada segmen 2 dan kecepatan di ruas jalan depan pasar mayong mengalami hambatan samping sebesar y=-6,6333x2+490,8x-8666,6 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,2241, sedangkan nilai koefisien korelasinya 0,473. Transportation is a transfer from one place to another with a mode of transportation both land, sea and air. Public transportation is a mode of public service transportation that has a function in providing transportation services in the form of passenger comfort, very affordable fares and a sense of security for public transportation passengers.. This study was conducted to determine the overlap of the existence of BRT Trans Jateng (Mangkang-Weleri) on Regional Public Transportation in Kendal Regency as a solution or alternative policy that can be done to overcome the impact of the overlap. In this study using quantitative methods with observation techniques in the field, interview methods, questionnaires and documentation. The result of this study is the analysis of data that has been conducted field observations as well as the dissemination of questionnaires on the situation of BRT Trans Jateng passengers (Makang –Weleri) as a descriptive analysis. The results of this research data analysis showed the impact of overlap in BRT Trans Jateng (Mangkang-Weleri) on Regional Public Transportation in Kendal by 54.2%. Some alternative policies that can be done to reduce the impact of overlap such as scheduling the departure of public transportation BRT Trans Jateng (Mangkang-Weleri) can be conditioned with regional public transportation. In addition, there is a cooperation between the Provincial Government of Central Java and The Government of Kendal and the owner of AUD (Regional Public Transport) in Kendal Regency related to the departure schedule of the BRT Trans-Jateng (Mangkang-Weleri) bus fleet with Regional Public Transport.
Pemilihan lokasi usaha pada UMKM kerupuk petis udang Desa Sijeruk Kendal sangat mempermudah pada keberhasilan perusahaan kerupuk cap Abadi, Cap Rajawali 1, dan cap Rajawali 2. Lokasi usaha yang dekat dan mudah dengan letak sumber bahan baku yang dibutuhkan perusahaan, tidak akan mengalami kendala dalam proses produksi perusahaan. Terlihat letak sumber bahan baku dari lokasi usaha yang tidak jauh yaitu berada di Kabupaten Kendal di Weleri. Faktor–faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam menentukan lokasi usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah tersebut yaitu letak sumber baku, transportasi, ketersediaan tenaga kerja, letak pasar, dan modal. Dari kelima faktor tersebut faktor letak sumber bahan baku masuk dalam kategori sangat penting. Sedangkan faktor transportasi, ketersediaan tenaga kerja, letak pasar, dan modal termasuk dalam kategori penting. Faktor memilih lokasi usaha mengenai letak sumber bahan baku 30%, transportasi 20%, ketersediaan tenaga kerja 20%, letak pasar 20% dan 10% modal. Dalam hal ini kebijakan memilih lokasi yang harus diperhatikan ialah berdasarkan dari ketersediaan bahan baku. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) pengolahan kerupuk petis ikan dan udang di kendal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Variable dalam penelitian ini adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi (Xi), dan Daerah (Y) sebagai variable terikat. Di akhir pelaksanaan program akan di datangkan pakar di bidang branding, sehingga akan di evaluasi apakah program ini cukup baik dan berhasil atau tidak. Sedangkan terkait mitra, keberhasilan program akan di evaluasi berdasarkan tolok-ukur yang ada dan direncanakan sebelumnya.
