This paper is concerned with the oscillatory behavior of solutions to a class of second-order linear neutral differential equations with damping term. New sufficient conditions for the oscillation of all solutions are established that are not covered by existing results in the literature. Examples are also provided to illustrate the theorems.
This paper discusses the oscillatory behavior of solutions to a class of secondorder half-linear neutral differential equations with a damping term. Some new sufficient conditions for all solutions to be oscillatory are given. Examples illustrating our results are also included.
Some new oscillation criteria are given for forced second order differential equations with mixed nonlinearities by using the generalized variational principle and Riccati technique. Our results generalize and extend some known oscillation results in the literature.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
