Biofertilizers are compounds that contain microorganisms capable of increasing the nutrient availability to plants and increasing plant growth rate. The purpose of this research is to study the effects of biofertilizers and organic ameliorants on some of soil bio-chemical properties. The pot experiment was conducted at the field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Padjadjaran Indonesia. The experiment was conducted in a randomized block complete design format consisting of twelve treatments and three replications. The experiment consisted of control, solid biofertilizer (50 kg ha -1 ), liquid biofertilizer (5 L ha -1 ), a combination of solid biofertilizers (50 kg ha -1 ) with organic ameliorants (10t ha -1 ) (composted straw, biochar and cow manure), a combination of liquid biofertilizer (5 L ha -1 ) and organic ameliorants (10 t ha -1 ), and each of ameliorants (10 t ha -1 ) independently. The results of experiment revealed that the application of solid biofertilizers and organic ameliorants significantly improved some soil biological properties (population of phosphate solubilizing microbes, N-fixing bacteria and phosphatase activity) and increased some soil chemical properties such as total N, available P, organic C and cation exchange capacity.
<p>Saat ini, pengamatan suhu tubuh dilakukan di berbagai area publik, seperti area masuk perkantoran, area transportasi umum (bandara, stasiun, pelabuhan, dan terminal), serta wilayah perbatasan. Hal tersebut merupakan salah satu upaya deteksi awal dan pencegahan penyebaran <em>coronavirus disease 2019</em> (COVID-19). Pengukuran suhu tubuh di area publik dilakukan menggunakan termometer non-kontak untuk meminimalisasi risiko penyebaran. Termometer non-kontak yang banyak digunakan adalah termometer inframerah jenis genggam (<em>thermogun</em>). Pengukuran suhu tubuh menggunakan termometer inframerah dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya jarak ukur dan jenis termometer inframerah. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran suhu tubuh menggunakan 3 termometer inframerah dengan jarak pengukuran yang divariasi (1 – 20 cm). Pengambilan data dilakukan kepada 10 responden di beberapa lokasi dengan suhu dan kelembaban ruang yang bervariasi. Hasil pengukuran suhu menggunakan 2 termometer medis menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran dengan jarak 1 – 10 cm tidak memiliki perbedaan suhu yang signifikan dengan simpangan sebesar 0,1 dan 0,5 <sup>o</sup>C, namun pada pengukuran dengan jarak 20 cm terjadi simpangan sebesar 0,6 dan 1,1 <sup>o</sup>C. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa jarak pengukuran sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil pengukuran suhu tubuh manusia. Pengukuran suhu tubuh harus dilakukan dengan jarak sesuai spesifikasi masing-masing termometer. Pengukuran suhu tubuh dengan jarak lebih jauh dari spesifikasi akan menghasilkan pembacaan yang kurang akurat. Selain itu, pengukuran suhu tubuh harus menggunakan termometer medis dengan akurasi sekitar ±0,3°C sesuai dengan ASTM E1965-98. </p>
Biofertilizer and organic ameliorant can be used alternative material to increase sustainable soil fertility and yield for agricultur. This study aimed to investigate the effect of application biofertilizer consortium and organic ameliorant on chemical and biological character of soil and yield of rice in Inceptisols. The experiment was conducted in experimental field of Agriculture Faculty Universitas Padjadjaran from June until October 2017. Experimental design used a randomized block design of single faktor with twelve treatments and three replications. The treatments consist of control, solid biofertilizer, liquid biofertilizer, combination solid biofertilizer with organic amelioran (straw compost, charcoal husk and cow manure), liquid biofertilizer with organic amelioran, and organic amelioran independen. The result showed that biofertilizer consortium and organic ameliorant has significant effect on N soil and growth of rice. Solid biofertilizer and straw compost was the best treatment increase N soil.In general, biofertilizer consortium and organic ameliorant gave a significant influence for soil chemical and growth of rice.
