Penelitian ini diarahkan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan bagaimana penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien cedera kepala ringan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan rasa nyaman nyeri di RSMM Daerah Kabupaten Mimika. Hasil Dari hasil kasus yang telah menguraikan tentang Asuhan keperawatan pada pasien Tn. O dengan cedera kepala ringan (CKR) dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan rasa nyaman nyeri di ruang Lukas RSMM Kabupaten Kesimpulan ada pengaruh Evaluasi yang dilakukan pada pasien dengan nyeri akut cidera kepala ringan menunjukkan penurunan skala nyeri 2 sesuai dengan kriteria hasil yang telah ditetapkan menurut teori. Kata Kunci: Cedera, Nyeri, Nyaman, Kepala
