Hipertensi merupakan suatu kondisi dimana pembuluh darah memiliki tekanan darah tinggi (tekanan darah sistolik besar dari 140 mmHg atau tekanan darah diastolik besar dari 90 mmHg) yang menetap di sebabkan oleh gangguan emosi, obesitas dan merokok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektifitas Pemberian Jus Belimbing Manis dan Mentimun Terhadap Tekanan Darah Pada Penderita Hipertensi Di Jorong Abai Siat Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Koto Besar Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan desain Quasi Eksperimental dengan metode pendekatan Pretest–Postest. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jorong Abai Siat Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Koto Besar Tahun 2018 pada bulan Januari dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 orang dengan Hipertensi Ringan. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara komputerisasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata tekanan darah kelompok jus belimbing manis adalah 132,000 dan rata-rata tekanan darah kelompok jus mentimun adalah 133,000. Pada penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan rata-rata tekanan darah kelompok jus belimbing manis dengan jus mentimun rata-rata perbedaan tekanan darah -2,919, dengan nilai p= 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada efektifitas jus belimbing manis dan mentimun dapat menurunkan tekanan darah. Diharapkan penelitian ini mampu menambah referensi baru dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi.

The MKJP coverage of West Pasaman Regency in 2020 is only 21.3% and has not reached the set target of 40.5%. Tuberculosis is one of the global health problems that is a control commitment in the SDGs program with a sufficient number of incidents every year. In the working area of the Lasi Health Center where in 2020 there were 14 cases of tuberculosis and in 2022 it increased to 16 cases and 86 suspected cases of tuberculosis. This study aims to describe efforts to prevent tuberculosis in the working area of the Lasi Health Center in 2022.This research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in the working area of the Lasi Health Center is 6,830 people. Sampling using a proportional sampling technique with a sample size of 99 people. Data collection used a questionnaire and data analysis including univariate analysis. The results showed socio-cultural (69.7%), physical environment of the house (74.7%) The conclusion is that the physical environment of the house is at risk for TB incidents and there are still many people who do not take TB prevention efforts.
