The success of each organization depends undoubtedly on the quality of its management and management quality depends on decision quality and information quality on the quality of its measurement and proportion. Therefore, its accuracy and measurement has a key role in the success of the organization and the weakness of performance evaluation and managerial control system can transfer to a barrier for the growth of organization. Performance evaluation systems are now dividable to two traditional group (performance evaluation of an individual across reminding him about his performance) and modern group (developing and improving the capacity of evaluated individual and inclined to achievement of organizational objectives and strategies). One of the most authoritative strategic models in this field is the balanced scorecard (BSC) model in which entire aspects of an organization are dominantly investigated. However, no operational trend has been introduced for utilizing it up to now.In this paper, an operational trend is introduced to apply the foundations of BSC model and multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) techniques. The most important goal of researchers in representation of new structure for creating development and growth capacity and permanent improvement is associated by a kind of providence, such that it can develop desirable organizational and work behaviors towards achieving the objectives and strategies of the organization. In addition, the strategic planning of Islamic Azad university of Semnan was modeled by suggested structure to validate the suggested structure's capacities. The results showed that outputs were more tangible for the personnel of the organization and the results were accepted by the managers of Islamic Azad university of Semnan.
During the past few years, there have been extensive developments on Islamic Azad University, which has led on reduction of managerial flexibility. Therefore, these organizations concentrate on their strategic management via usage of the Balanced Model such as Balanced Score Card (BSC) to consider different organizational perspectives and it is important to have good description of organizational strategies and goals. The strategy map is a primary factor to assess the performance in different organizational activities. In this paper, the performance evaluation system of Islamic Azad University of Semnan is designed by the utilization of strategy map as a prominent part of BSC.
For years, e-commerce has generated competitive advantage for many industries especially in insurance industry where people could apply for any sort of insurance, very easily. In fact, insurance industry has become one of the most important sectors in the world. E-commerce, on the other hand, has absorbed various people in insurance industry to develop economic growth. However, applying e-commerce for insurance firms may encounter serious obstacles and it is important to know them properly and setup appropriate actions to remove them. In this paper, we present a multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) technique based on DEMATEL with an adaptation of fuzzy logic to find important factors impacting implementation of e-commerce for life insurance industry. The proposed study of this paper designs a questionnaire and distributes it among some insurance experts and then we analyze them using fuzzy DEMATEL technique. Findings indicate that "lack of designing death table based on the existing statistics of population death in Iran", "lack of variety in protections of life insurance in proportionate to society individual's requirements by means of low level income of society individuals" and "lack of extensive advertisements for developing the culture of life insurance in country" are the most important factors influencing insurance industry for enhancing e-business.
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to explain the effect of the technology acceptance model in the media environment by using the mediating role of artificial intelligence and the cloud computing approach. Design/methodology/approach After reviewing the theoretical foundations, a conceptual model framework and research hypotheses were formed. The statistical population of the study included managers, deputies and experts from the National Iranian Oil Company, and a statistical sample of 368 people was selected by simple random sampling. Findings The results of structural equation modelling with PLS 2.0 software show a positive and significant effect on the artificial intelligence variable in the technology acceptance model with the cloud approach. Artificial intelligence has opened a new space in the digital world, especially in the media, so that its profound impact is quite evident and has affected people’s lives. Originality/value The acceleration of various technologies has severely challenged the approach of organizations, especially the media. The media environment with word of the technologies of the Industry 4.0, especially cloud computing technology, has changed the ways of accessing and using products and services.
Background: Physician-patient interactions are a complex process and inappropriate communication can become a problem. Due to the importance of this issue, this study was conducted to identify the relationship between physician ethics and patient satisfaction and provide an effective communication-cultural model. Methods: The research method used in this study was descriptive - correlation and using the calculated correlation coefficients, a structural model was developed. The statistical population of the present study was all patients admitted to medical centers affiliated to Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences and Health Services in 1398 and the sample size was selected based on Cochran's formula equivalent to 171 people. Necessary information was collected through two questionnaires: standard questionnaire of communication with patient Vakili et al. In order to assess interpersonal communication skills and a researcher-made questionnaire of observance of physician's medical ethics and patient satisfaction taken from the patient rights charter approved by the Ministry of Health. Results: The findings indicate that the patriarchal model has been able to predict patient satisfaction. The results also showed that there is a significant relationship between the informative model and patient satisfaction. Also, based on the results, it was found that the interpretive model, bilateral participation model and instrumental model could not predict patient satisfaction. The results also show that the contract model has been able to predict patient satisfaction with an effect factor of 0.33 and a significant level of P < 0.01. Finally, there is a significant relationship between the contract model and patient satisfaction. Conclusions: Based on the analysis of the obtained data, the most type of model approved by patients was the paternal model, in which there is much less interaction between the patient and the physician than other communication models.
