<p><em>Di Kabupaten Bandung Barat banyak petani sayuran yang mulai menjalankan pertanian organic, namun masih terdapat petani yang belum sepenuhnya menjalankan sistem budidaya sayuran organic sesuai dengan SOP. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan SOP sistem pertanian organic yang dilakukan oleh petani sayuran organic di Kabupaten Bandung Barat serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi petani dalam menerapkan SOP sistem pertanian organic. Penelitian dilakukan di tiga kecamatan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat, yaitu Kecamatan Lembang, Parongpong dan Cisarua. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 orang petani yang membudidayakan sayuran organic. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat penerapan SOP sistem pertanian organic masih tergolong sedang. Faktor yang mempengaruhi petani dalam menerapkan SOP sistem pertanian organic adalah tingkat pendidikan petani, keikutsertaan petani dalam kegiatan penyuluhan, persepsi petani terhadap keuntungan relative, tingkat kerumitan dan keteramatan dari budidaya sayuran organic. Dukungan kegiatan penyuluhan sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam membudidayakan sayuran organic sesuai dengan SOP serta meningkatkan akses ke pasar sayuran organik.<br />Kata kunci : petani, sayuran, organic, penerapan, pengaruh<br /><br /></em></p>

Rice is a strategic product in Indonesia development because it becomes an essential aspect of economic growth. The inefficiency of food agribusiness system becomes a crucial aspect of developing the sustainable industry. Those affected by the lack of using technology that impacts the high amount of waste and losses, the inefficiency of time, etc. It could impact the competitiveness, equity of value-added, unstable price and poverty. Some amount of rice grade materials rejected from the production line due to the unsatisfactory quality. This article aimed to analyze efficiency in the food industry as a preparation in the development of agricultural digital supply chain. The analysis shows that inefficiency in the rice industry due to a lot of manual activities that impact the time and expense efficiency (labor intensive rather than the use of technologies). Improving efficiency in the food industry is not only about time and cost management, but it becomes complex issues which are involved in several barrier factors. It should be anticipated with appropriate technology, improving skills, and also develop an integrated logistics system. Importantly, improving efficiency in rice industry needs to develop soft skill as the key success factors to improve efficiency in the digital supply chain for the rice industry.

This research aim is to discover Indonesian local orange competitiveness in Bandung City market based on consumer point of view through the comparison of consumer attitude on local orange and import orange product attribute. By applying descriptive survei method with quantitative data, this research employs 84 respondents, which is orange consumer in Bandung City. Consumer attitude model which apply in this research was being adapt for agribusiness product especially for orange. Consumers in Bandung City have a certain view that import orange is more supreme in almost every produt attribute dimension rather than local orange. Except for water content attribute, consumers think that local orange has water content as much as import orange. Consumers attitude towards import orange were a better flavor fragrance, a fresher, a better shape and color, a bigger size, a sweeter taste, and the last is it is cheaper than local orange. From this research it show that local orange competitiveness is still beneath import orange based on consumer view. This is a threat for local orange so that it necessary to make action plan from all the stakeholder which involve in local orange to increase the product quality standard of local orange to fullfil consumer needs and wants on local orange.
