This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on the performance of employees of The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 42 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study uses a non probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The regression equation produced in this study Y = 2.984 + 0.460X1 + 0.203X2. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the t test in which the t value of 0.029 <0.05 was obtained. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the t test in which the t-value of 0.035 <0.05 was obtained. Job satisfaction and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the F test where F sig 0.034 <0.05. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination can be explained that job satisfaction and organizational culture affect the performance of employees of The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency by 58.6%. While the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
Covid-19 has resulted in a global health and socioeconomic crisis that is still unprecedented in history. Since Indonesia confirmed its first Covid-19 case, UNICEF has led several pandemic response efforts in collaboration with the government, the World Health Organization (WHO), and other partners. This research discussed the process of handling the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The theory used in this research was the Spiral of Silence theory, while the method used van Dijk's Critical Discourse Analysis. The object of research was articles on Kompas.com published from August to December 2020. We concluded that the government provides too much security through nonverbal languages, such as not providing examples of the health protocol implementation that should have been implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic. Furthermore, there is still a sense of security generated in the absence of compliance with policies and sanctions that should have been implemented. As a result, the public has become oblivious to the applicable regulations and believes that the pandemic is not a major issue. As a result, this condition has worsened the Covid-19 pandemic situation in Indonesia.
This study aims to determine the effect of work safety and work healthy on employee productivity in the production department at PT. Sisirau Aceh Tamiang. This research is a type of quantitative research with a sample of 45 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done through t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). Regression equation results obtained Y = 2.255 + 0.314X1 + 0.811X2 means that the constant value of 2.255 is the value of employee productivity before being influenced by work safety and health. The work safety regression coefficient is 0.314 and is positive, meaning that if work safety is increased the employee's work productivity will increase by 0.314 with a tcount> ttable (2.333> 1.68195) and significant (0.025 <0.05). The work health regression coefficient is 0.118 and is positive, meaning that if work health is improved the employee's work productivity will increase by 0.811 with a tcount> ttable (8.063> 1.68195) and significant (0.000 <0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.614 or 61.4%, which means the work safety and health variables influence the work productivity of employees by 61.4% and the remaining 39.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
This research was conducted to determine how much influence the work environment and work stress on the performance of employees at PT Aneka Gas Industry Tbk. This study uses a quantitative approach. The samples taken in this study were employees at PT Aneka Gas Industry Tbk, which amounted to 35 people (respondents). Data collection is done using a questionnaire while the data analysis uses the SPSS 25 application. Data collected using questionnaires have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The work environment has an effect on the performance of employees of PT Aneka Gas Industry Tbk, evidenced by the results of regression calculations obtained beta values (β) of 0.496 and on independent variables (X1) (independent) namely Work Environment (3,935> 1.6923) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between the Work Environment (independent). (2) Job stress has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Aneka Gas Industry Tbk. This is evidenced by the results of regression calculations obtained beta value (β) of 0.013 and on the independent variable (X2) (independent) namely Job Stress (-, 0171 <1.6923), then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected then there is no effect of Job Stress on Employee Performance. (3) Effect of Work Environment and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT Aneka Gas Industry Tbk. the results of calculations using SPSS 25 computerization can be seen that the value of Adjusted R Square generated is equal to 0.284 (28.4%) then it can be interpreted as a contribution to the variable work environment and work stress on performance is 28.4% while 71.6% is influenced by other variables.
Enculturation process is done by parents, or the person considered as senior by children or by the younger. Manners, customs, skill of a tribes/family usually inherited to the next generation through enculturation. In the family, in the first time children have early direct experiences which will be used as provision of their life later by physical exercise, social, mental, emotional even spiritual.
