Mitra dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah Kelompok Mahasiswa Wirausaha Muda di Kota Makassar. Masalahnya adalah mitra belum memiliki keterampilan memadai dalam mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan internet dan media sosial sebagai media bisnis online dan belum memiliki pemahaman yang memadai mengenai legalitas dalam bertransaksi online. Metode yang digunakan adalah: observasi, testing, pelatihan dan pembinaan, serta evaluasi. Hasil yang dicapai adalah peserta memiliki tingkat berpartisipasi sangat tinggi dalam pelatihan merancang bisnis online di tengah pandemi, memiliki keterampilan sangat memadai dalam memanfaatkan internet dan media sosial sebagai media bisnis online dan memiliki pemahaman tentang legalitas bisnis online.
The main problem of entrepreneurship education in Indonesia is the mindset of most Indonesian people that the goal of continuing education to higher education to become a civil servant is not to be someone who has an entrepreneurial mentality. Entrepreneurship learning has not been able to change the mind-set of college graduates from finding jobs (job seekers) to creating jobs (job creators). Therefore, the formulation of the problem in this study is, "Is there an influence of entrepreneurial learning on student decision making in entrepreneurship at Makassar State University. This study aims to find out, "The effect of entrepreneurial learning on student decision making in entrepreneurship at Makassar State University. This research is an Explanatory Research with a Survey approach with a population of 654 Makassar State University students who propose a Student Creativity Program (PKM) with a sample of 242 which is done by proportional random sampling technique. Therefore, the formulation of the problem in this study is, "Is there an influence of entrepreneurial learning on student decision making in entrepreneurship at Makassar State University. This study aims to find out, "The effect of entrepreneurial learning on student decision making in entrepreneurship at Makassar State University. This research is an Explanatory Research with a Survey approach with a population of 654 Makassar State University students who propose a Student Creativity Program (PKM) with a sample of 242 which is done by proportional random sampling technique. The technique of collecting data uses observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis using SEM. The results of the study show; "There is a significant effect of entrepreneurial learning on student decision making in entrepreneurship at Makassar State University.
ABSTRAKAdapun tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program life skills berbasis potensi lokal di Desa Lero Kecamatan Suppa Kabupaten Pinrang. Jumlah subyek (peserta pelatihan) sebanyak 121 terdiri atas 60 peserta pelatihan pembuatan ikan asin (kering) dan 61 peserta pelatihan pembuatan minyak kelapa fermentasi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu workshop, penyuluhan, dan pelatihan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu pengamatan (penilaian proses), angket, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data/evaluasi program digunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan masyarakat menunjukkan (1) jumlah peserta yang berpartisifasi aktif dalam program pemberdayaan melalui pelatihan pembuatan ikan asin (kering) dan minyak kelapa fermentasi yang higienis dan berkualitas sebanyak 121 orang, (2) peserta pelatihan telah memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membuat ikan asin (kering) dan minyak kelapa fermentasi yang higienis dan berkualitas, dan (3) terbentuknya 3 (tiga) kelompok usaha kecil produksi ikan asin (kering) dan minyak kelapa fermentasi di Desa Lero Kecamatan Suppa Kabupaten Pinrang. Direkomendasikan kepada pemerintah agar pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program pelatihan life skills perlu ditingkatkan dalam rangka peningkatan taraf hidup masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan masyarakat, pelatihan life skills, potensi lokal.
This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial literacy and entrepreneurial character on the success of small-scale business studies on culinary entrepreneurs in Enrekang district. This research is categorized as a quantitative descriptive study with a correlation approach. The population in this study were 100 entrepreneurs, and obtained a sample of 80 entrepreneurs who were culinary entrepreneurs in Enrekang district. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial literacy (X1) and entrepreneurial character (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the success of small business (Y) culinary entrepreneurs in Enrekang district both partially and simultaneously. In this study, the most dominant variable influencing is the entrepreneurial character variable because it has a higher regression coefficient value than the entrepreneurial literacy regression coefficient value.
This research was conducted to answer the problem of "how to develop the career of state vocational school teachers in Makassar City". Thus, this study aims to determine the career development of teachers in the State Vocational School in Makassar City. This research is a descriptive study that provides an overview of Career Development of Vocational School Teachers in Makassar City, with a total sample of 73 people. Data collection techniques used are, observation and questionnaire. Data analysis used is; descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study showed that the career development of the teachers of State Vocational Schools in Makassar City was still in the less category. While supporting factors, namely; 1) teacher's pedagogic competence, 2) the implementation of duties and responsibilities by the teacher professionally, 3) the teacher focuses on carrying out duties in carrying out the duties and responsibilities, 4) the existence of Subject Teachers' Consultation (MGMP), and 5) availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure . While the inhibiting factors of teacher career development are; 1) MGMP is not routinely carried out 2) MGMP funds are not prepared by the government, 3) unclear workload between functional tasks and administrative duties, 4) absence of regulations, especially legal issues that can protect teachers, 5) promotion does not automatically, 6) school management that is not good, 7) the absence of reward commensurate with teacher performance, and 8) inadequate facilities and infrastructure.
