This research aims to analyze the role of religiosity in moderating the influence of servant leadership and job satisfaction on the education office employees’ performances of Pekanbaru City. The sample of the research includes 121 employees and the sampling used a simple random sampling method. This research used closed questionnaires and the results of data are processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The result of the research is: (1) Variable of servant leadership has a significant effect on the employees’ performances, (2) Variable of job satisfaction has a significant effect on the employees’ performances, (3) Variable of religiosity moderating the influences of servant leadership (has a negative significant effect) on the employees’ performance, and (4) Variable of religiosity does not play any moderating role between job satisfaction and employees’ performances.
This study aimed to develop a conceptual model of the role of organizational support in moderating the effect of competence and organizational commitment on management performance. The population was 150 managers of the National Sports Committee of Indonesia in the city, regency and province of Riau. The entire population was sampled and the data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The study found that competence and organizational commitment have no effect on management performance and organizational support acts as the moderator of the effect of competence and organizational commitment on management performance. Organizational support is a pure moderator that amplifies the effect of organizational commitment on management performance.
The purpose of this study was to partially analyze the effect of competence, compensation, and workshop on employee performance and the effect of competence, compensation and workshop on employee performance mediated by a prime service at the Public Health Service or Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sample of this study was 127 employees of the Puskesmas in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sample was taken by means of probability sampling in the form of simple random sampling using a lottery technique. Closed questionnaires were used in this study then the data taken from the questionnaires were processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study were: (1) competence has a significant effect on employee performance variable, (2) compensation has a significant effect on employee performance variable, (3) workshop has a significant effect on employee performance variable, (4) competence has a significant effect on employee performance variables mediated by a prime service, (5) compensation has a significant effect on employee performance variables mediated by a prime service, and (6) workshop has a significant effect on employee performance variables mediated by a prime service.
