Peranan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah dalam memutar roda perekonomian Indonesia sudah tidak diragukan lagi, namun masih banyak kendala sehingga pengembangan UMKM masih belum seperti yang diharapkan. Salah satu faktor adalah karena belum adanya lagalitas usaha bagi sebagian besar UMKM yang ada di daerah. Pada masa teknologi informasi saat ini sebenarnya UMKM mempunyai potensi untuk dapat memperluas pasar dengan melakukan penjualan secara online, namun keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang penjualan online menyebabkan potensi itu tidak tergarap dengan baik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini berusaha memberi pemahaman tentang manfaat dari lagalitas usaha dan bagaimana memanfaatkan medio komunikasi untuk melakukan penjualan secara online. Diharakan dengan memiliki legalitas usaha, para pelakuk UMKM dapat mengakses pembinaan dari Instansi permerintah terkait dan daat mengakses kredit dari perbankan. Dengan dipahaminya penjualan secara online diharapkan omset UMKM dapat meningkat secara signifikan
It is very important to pay attention to factors that can affect employee performance, such as work stress experienced by employees or occupational safety and health. This research was conducted at PT. Akas Mila Sejahtera Probolinggo with the objectives (1) To determine the simultaneous effect of work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. (2) To determine the partial effect of work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. (3) To determine the dominant influence between work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) on employee performance. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Akas Mila Sejahtera City of Probolinggo, amounting to 90 people. The sample taken by the Slovin method is as many as 73 people, with the criteria of employees who work as drivers, kondiktur, kernet and workshops with incidental data collection techniques. The approach used is quantitative with analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that work stress and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) had a significant effect on employee performance.
Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh kedisiplinan dan kompetensi kerja memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, adapun responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Probolinggo. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dimana semua pegawai dijadikan sampel. Dalam membuktikan dan menganalisis hal tersebut, maka digunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis determinasi R2, uji regresi linier berganda dan uji t (parsial). Secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Probolinggo. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Kedisiplinan (X1) memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar 6,862 > 1,997, dan Kompetensi Kerja (X2) memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar 6,676 > 1,997. Dari kedua Variabel mempunyai nilai signifikasi < 0,05. Dengan demikian hasil uji t (parsial) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel kedisiplinan dan kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Probolinggo. Dari kedua variabel penelitian, yang berpengaruh dominan adalah variabel kedisiplinan dikarenakan memiliki nilai koefisien beta paling besar dibandingkan dengan kompetensi kerja.
Patient satisfaction is the main goal of the puskesmas. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of both simultaneously and partially the quality of service and trust on patient satisfaction and to examine the dominant between service quality and trust on patient satisfaction. The object of research is at the Suko Public Health Center, Maron District, Probolinggo Regency. The research method uses a descriptive approach causal associative with a sample of 88 respondents, the method of collecting data using a questionnaire with a technique using incidental sampling. The analysis test with the validity test shows that all statement items are valid, namely above 0.205, the reliability test shows reliable results that are above 0.60., the classical assumption test, the normality test, shows the data is normally distributed, the multicollinearity test shows that the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y) are not present. correlation between independent variables or regression models independent of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test showed no heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation test showed no autocorrelation. The F test shows that the independent variables have a simultaneous effect on satisfaction (Y) with a value of Fcount > Ftable (37.426 > 3.10) (sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The t test shows that the service quality variable (X1) has a partial effect on satisfaction (Y) with tcount > ttable (2,228>1,663) (sig. 0.000 0.05). And the trust variable (X2) has a partial effect on satisfaction (Y) with a value of tcount ttable (4.032 > 1.663) (sig. 0.000 0.05). Trust has a dominant effect on patient satisfaction.
