The objective of this research was to study the effect of Oodev as know as PMSGad gonad rematurity in infertile broodstock of P. hypophthalmus by Oodev Hormone injection. The treatments consisted of control 0 ml Oodev/kg fish weight (D), 0,3 ml Oodev/kg fish weight (A). 0,5 ml Oodev/kg fish weight (B) and 0,ml Oodev/kg fish weight (C). withfourreplications of each. Fish weight at the beginning of experiment was 5 to 7 kg/individual. The result showed that Oodev had positive effect on egg maturation. This was shown by the value of average of eggs diameter. The maximum size of egg diameter for fish with hormone injection were larger than without injection. The best treatment was 0,5 ml Oodev/kg fish weight(B) and the largest than those of group C and A. It was concluded that injection of Oodev (PMSGad) is effective in promoting gonad maturation and oocyte development in the catfish.

Background: A semen analysis exam is a routine check that is done to evaluate fertility. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommended a manual method to obtain objective and standardized values. However, sometimes some errors can be found with this method such as motility. Computer-Assisted Sperm Analysis offers a way to reduce inaccuracies that often occur with manual methods. Reviews:  CASA systems consist of a microscope which connected into a camera to detect microscopic sperm suspension images and a computer installed with special software to extract desired information and produce the desired output. In the morphological examination, CASA can reduce the coefficient of variation (CV) which is around 4.8% compared to the manual examination but the time required is longer than manual. CASA can visualize and evaluate sperm kinematics. Various parameters such as mean path velocity (VAP), curved velocity (VCL), straight-line velocity (VSL), lateral head displacement amplitude (ALH), or beat cross frequency can be obtained, and this allows a detailed view into the behavior of individual sperm. The limitations affecting CASA's ability to provide accurate results for sperm concentration and percentages of motile or progressively motile spermatozoa. Summary: CASA has several advantages through its ability to calculate more detailed parameters, but a qualified operator must operate it because there is some potential for misinterpretation. The combination of The Manual and CASA is highly recommended for better results.

Kondisi Indonesia yang rawan bencana  menyebabkan besarnya dampak yang dialami baik karena jatuhnya korban jiwa, kerugian materil antara lain rusaknya/hancurnya infrastruktur dan fasilitas vital lainnya. Mengingat dampak tersebut, maka pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai bencana alam dan bagaimana upaya yang harus dilakukan bila terjadi bencana alam perlu dilakukan edukasi sejak dini. Peristiwa bencana alam geologi memerlukan manajemen resiko penanggulangan bencana baik sebelum, pada saat bencana maupun pasca bencana. Mitigasi adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi resiko bencana dan termasuk dalam tahap awal manajemen bencana alam. Tentu saja kegiatan memberikan informasi bencana geologi dan mitigasinya menjadi salah satu tanggung jawab kami sebagai ahli geologi dalam lingkup akademisi untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada masyarakat yang awam, salah satu sasarannya adalah anak usia dini atau siswa sekolah dasar. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat khususnya siswa sekolah dasar untuk memahami sejak dini pentingnya mitigasi bencana dalam upaya mengurangi atau meminimalisir kerugian akibat bencana geologi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dan simulasi beberapa kejadian bencana geologi, pengenalan tas siaga bencana termasuk pengenalan mengenai K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) baik di rumah, jalan dan di sekolah.

Psychogenic erectile dysfunction (ED) is a very common condition in men. About 40% of ED cases are psychogenic. Many of the psychogenic ED patients are young men. The causes of psychogenic ED can be generalized as well as situational. Psychogenic management approaches are different from organic ED. In patients with psychogenic ED, an intersystemic approach is needed for both the patient and his partner. This intersystemic approach will inspect the real cause of the problem. Intersystemic approach: The intersystemic approach not only focuses on the patient side but also on his partner. This approach provides space for partners to explore and understand their sexual life. In this article, we focus to explore a research that conducts intersystemic principle in ED management. We conclude that in psychogenic ED, an intersystematic approach is important for determining the root cause of the problem. Finding the right core cause will determine the right treatment. This therapy can combine with pharmacologic treatments. These therapies can give a better outcome for psychogenic ED.
