PT. LPA is one of textile manufacturing company who is still doing the production process by woven fabrics (Weaving) and finishing fabrics (Printing, Dyeing and White). The problems that are often faced by PT. LPA is the completion time of production which is still not according to the targets that have been planned, then the production effectiveness would not be achieved so with the suitability of orders or quality which has not been met with expectation. This research aims to find out the impact of production planning on raw material control, schedule control and production control as well as the impact from raw material control to production effectiveness, schedule control affect on production effectiveness and production control affect on production effectiveness. Questionnaire data analysis which involves 65 respondents, those employees from PT. LPA then the data would be processed through validity and reliability test using the PLS-SEM analysis method. So the results that obtained from this research were production planning had a positive and significant impact on raw material control, production planning had a positive and significant impact on schedule control, production planning had a positive and significant impact on production control, raw material control had a positive and significant impact on production effectiveness, schedule control had a positive and significant impact on production effectiveness, production control had a positive and significant impact on production effectiveness.
The purposes of this research are to find out how strong and in what direction planning has an impact on team capabilities, sales support, team capabilities towards company performance, and sales support towards company performance. In this study, the data would be analyzed using the PLS-SEM method at two degrees of confidence which involved all employees at the company where the research was conducted, a total of 70 employee respondents. According to the findings obtained using two levels of confidence, namely the 5% significant test, planning had a positive and insignificant effect on team capability, planning had a positive and significant effect on sales support, team capability had a significant and positive effect on company performance, and sales support had a positive but not significant effect on company performance. Meanwhile, in the 10% significant test, it was found that changes in the planning relationship on team capabilities had a positive and significant effect on sales support.
The research was conducted in a company who engaged in the Fintech field which is inseparable from project management activities. On its implementation there is a project completion time that exceed the specified schedule due to the limited number of human resources and also those bugs in the application generated in the project being run. This research has purposes to revealed the amount of impact from project planning to technical factors, team capabilities and project scopes also to find out the amount of impact which caused by technical factors, team capabilities and project scopes towards the performance of software development project. These research data were obtained through questionnaires that involving 63 respondents. The data analysis technique used PLS-SEM. The results from this research found that project planning had a positive and significant affect on technical factors by 60.1%, team capability by 45.5% while project scope by 57.3%. Technical factors, team capability and project scope had a positive and significant affect towards the performance of software development projects with each amount of influence, namely 39.3%, 25.6% and 31%, respectively.
