Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic Universities around the world are taking rapid actions to ensure students learning continuity and secure the well-being of their students. This study aims at exploring the student’s e-learning experience in Jordanian Universities as well as e-learning readiness during the pandemic. While each university is unique, we hope our assessment can provide some insights into how well the student’s e-learning experience was during the pandemic. A structural online questionnaire was distributed, followed by descriptive analysis. Students from remote and disadvantaged areas primarily faced enormous challenges such as technological accessibility, poor internet connectivity, and harsh study environments. This study also highlights the role of electronic commerce in transforming distance learning. Further investments and contingency plans are needed to develop a resilient education system that supports electronic and distance learning throughout Jordan.
<p class="0abstract">This study aims to analyze the impact of industry 4.0 on the healthcare system. Scopus database is used to extract the data, and 297 articles are initially found in the database. We used the PRISMA statement 2015 to include and exclude data; the final 48 articles were included for the review. The author's keyword and VOS viewer co-occurrence of the terms are classifying the same result. The records are presented in three major categories, and outcomes are discussed accordingly in the classification of literature. Healthcare systems, cloud computing digital technologies are the major research areas in industry 4.0 in the last decade. Healthcare is significantly improved due to the technologies and services influenced by industry 4.0. The findings of the study showing that industry 4.0 is enhancing standards of healthcare significantly. Industry 4.0 enables many new technologies, like blockchain, big data, cloud computing, and IoTs, to track patients' medical records. That more accessible for healthcare professionals to understand the patient's history and deal accordingly.</p>
This study investigates the impacts of service quality of Jordanian telecommunication and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The study also studies though the role of switching cost as a moderate variable. Lack of studies in the field of quality in Jordanian telecommunication is the main reason for this investigation. The study investigates the impacts based on the employees' point of views in Aqaba special economic zone authority (ASEZA). Therefore, the study uses statistical data gathered through a questionnaire distributed to the employees of ASEZA. Thus, statistical methods are used to analyze the data collected and the hypotheses are tested. The study results show that there was a direct positive impact of service quality of Jordanian telecommunication and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. In addition, the moderator model (Switching cost) has significant positive impacts on enhancing the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction towards customer loyalty.
This paper systematically reviews the literature on the continuous usage intentions from 2009 to 2015. From the review of literature on continuance usage intentions, some models have been put forward to explain the continuity of the e-Commerce. However, each model is extensively different from one another. Over the years, a considerable development in the literature of Continuous intentions. However, there is still a necessity to present a more comprehensive and integrative model for the continuance usage intention of e-commerce users than the models in existence at the moment. The Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) has been widely accepted in general. In addition, many researchers stated that ECM model can be employed to look into e-commerce better than other existing models and theories.
